I chose Glass Masters because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. They are set back from the road behind another business so they are a little hard to find. The shop is a no frills type of place. No fancy waiting room or TV but they had the best price of all the places I contacted. The staff was friendly, they got started right away on my truck and had the windshield in fast. No leaks, no mess, great work. I will definitely use them again for my repairs.

We use Glass Masters at least once a year. We have five cars, because of the kids, so they replace windshields for us all the time. They have come out to the house and did two windows for me. They have probably done five windows for me at the shop. They do all the windows in my cars. I don't use our auto insurance, the excess is $500 so I usually end up paying cash for them all. The experience with them was great. It is a great service. The guy is real friendly and he did it quickly. Came in, got the job done, it worked out great. I've been going to them for about 7 years. What keeps me going back to them, quite honestly, is the straightforward pricing. They gave me a good price and they've always been accommodating, and the service is always good. So that's why we keep going back.
