They are excellent

I was pleased with the work the ladies did. Especially in my bathroom as they were able to remove stuff from the tub that I've not been able to in several years, and in the kitchen I was impressed with how clean the oven and microwave were. The work they did fit the main reason I scheduled with a cleaning company - to get a one time good cleaning and get me back on track with my own routine. Now, I will say I learned from this experience as well that I need to ask more specific questions should I hire a cleaning service again in the future. My expectation based on the description "deep clean" was that the cleaners would do things that I don't often do myself; such as wipe down the baseboards in each room, vacuum where the carpet and wall meet and crumbs like to gather, clean behind the kitchen sink where the counter meets the wall, clean hand prints off the bathroom doors and walls, get cobwebs out of the corners of the ceiling, scrub clean the bathroom floors. If those things were correct for me to expect, they were not done. One thing that I think is very important for your staff to be aware of is to make sure they replace any outlet covers after running the vacuum! I have a 2 year old and a 10 month old, so we have a lot of outlet covers. My 10 month old found two of the covers laying on the floor, and if you know kids, you know how quickly those covers made it into her mouth! Thankfully I was close by and able to get it from her. But I'm sure the ladies who cleaned my house would want to have that reminder. Thank you for your good communication and overall it was a good first time experience for me. I would recommend your company, and already have, to others.

The two cleaners who came to the house did a thorough job cleaning our house. I am extremely pleased with their work. They came right on time. They were professional and friendly. The house looks better and cleaner than it has in ages. This was a one-time house cleaning, but I would not hesitate to hire them on a regular basis.

Showed up early, worked hard the entire time they were here. Price was very reasonable, staff was friendly and did a great job. Will be bringing them back on a regular basis for future service! Recommended!

Got a call from GG Cleaning within a business day of submitting a request online. The cleaning crew was on time and pretty fast. They did a very good job, especially for the price. The offer a discount if you schedule recurring cleaning, also.

GG cleaning has been cleaning my house for close to 3 years now bi-weekly. Punctuality: Before I hired GG cleaning I had issues with cleaners being tardy. These guys have always been on time. I am always amazed at their punctuality. Incase of a slight delay I always get a text message informing me of the same. Trust: It’s been 3 yrs and my cleaners are very careful about my belongings. Clean: They are very thorough and open to feedback. My house always looks clean once they are done. GG cleaning for me is no stress basically. I know bi-weekly they will be here to take care of the cleaning. Thank you Lee and Marcelo for being wonderful and for all your hard work and for doing it with a smile on your face!

Very well. An estimate was provided prior to service, price was at estimate, service was timely, thorough and professional.

I hired a team last minute to clean my new house before we moved in. Edward pulled a pair of cleaners together at the last minute, which I appreciated. I was not able to be present for the whole time they were cleaning, and I do not think they were thorough. There were cobwebs in the corners of the kitchen and mudroom, dirt smudges on the walls of the bathrooms and there was still dog hair on the floor of the master bedroom. In the craziness of the move, I didn't submit my review to him until past the date when he was willing to send another crew out to clean.

They met all of my expectations and then some! I have hired them To do regular cleaning.

We were so impressed by the services provided! I would absolutely recommend this company, and I will use them again -- very nice people, and very high quality work. The owner even did a quality control followup call the next day. I had to tell him his cleaners did a much better job than me.

The crew were punctual and professional. The house looks great. Blinds and shelves dusted, basement sparkling, and bathrooms cleaned, they were very thorough. I would definitely use these company again.

Showed up on time. The two that came out don't speak much English, but they were prepared for the language barrier with a translator app. It would have taken me weeks to get done what these two did in three hours! Highly recommended!

Great! The initial two-hour cleaning bought through Angie’s List went well and we are now on a regular bi-weekly schedule. The same two cleaners come each time, which is nice since I know I can trust them and don’t have to worry about different people in my house all the time. Everything is spotless when they leave. Definitely recommend.
