Right on time, very professional, fast, and my really old carpets look ever so much better.

After moving into a new home, we realized that a light-colored sectional had suffered staining and gotten dirty during the move. Rather than waiting for the rigamarole of going through the moving company to get it rectified, I called Gerlach directly. They came out the very next day right at the time they said they would, and thoroughly cleaned the entire sectional, including all sides of the cushions, the all sides of the sofa, and even the skirt. They got the stains out and we felt a whole lot better about not sitting on a dirty sofa. They did say it would take about 4 hours to dry though it took a bit longer (more like 10) but it was winter, the sofa was in the basement, and we weren't in a big hurry.

Carpets are older but looked much better after cleaning. Workers arrived on time. They did not rush through the cleaning--took their time and thoroughly treated spotted areas.

They are stellar. Have used for years. They have cleaned carpets, area rugs, furniture, etc. Sean is a gem and always goes beyond.

Everything looked great. I could see a difference between their service and service that I had before from another company.

The cost was for the whole house. The workers are fine. They do a good job.  They are effective. They did have to move some furniture.

They are quite meticulous and they clean up afterwards to make sure you don't fall going from a carpet to a linoleum floor. They are pleasant to have in the house.

They just do an awesome job and they are affordable. Established half century old business wait family run business for over half  a century, they did what I expected them to do.

They are expensive. I was using them twice a year, then I had a light beige carpet and they were telling me they could not get it clean and a whole bunch of monkey stuff. I would never have them back. The last time they were here it was almost like dirty water going back in the carpet. I think all service companies could do a follow up phone call to see if we are satisfied. Prior to this the quality was good, that one experience just sours me. They did what they had to do in a half ass way. Then they told me my carpet was not good carpet. I ended up calling my carpet people and had them come look at it and they sent someone and it cleaned right up, it was a big joke. They are like Time Warner and give you a time window.

Arrived on time; thoroughly cleaned requested areas in timely manner; very polite and respectful. I have been using Gerlach for years and have never been disappointed in their performance. They do a wonderful job cleaning carpet and also upholstery. A very big plus for this company is that they do not leave the carpet saturated with water--drying time is minimal. I highly reccommend Gerlach Steam Cleaning.

The technicians are always personable and professional. The area rugs looked great when we got them back. When they have cleaned all the carpet in our house we have always been pleased with the result.
