Because of the lackadaisical attitude of the sales associates I did not take the keys back and have them remade, instead I just went elsewhere to have the keys made. In addition paid less than $5.00 to have 4 keys made that worked (opened the doors without any problems). This store would not be my first recommendation for having keys cut

This is a small neighborhood store that has been in business for decades. I've purchased glass, plumbing parts, screen and hardware for various projects. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used them to replace screens and glass in frames that I brought in. Prices are reasonable.
