My experience has been great. The lady was kind of bold, timely and professional. I liked her demeanor. She is a little bit expensive, but I get what I am paying for.

Monette came out, measured our space, took photos, and spoke with us about our wants and needs. She spent time looking at photos in catalogs and on the internet that we liked elements from. She gave informed advice where necessary and was very professional. In a little over a week, Monette came back to our house to share her design with us. She had two alternate ones as well for us to contemplate. We "tweaked" the design a bit together and then she redrew the final one with all of our chosen elements. What happened next was out of Monette's control, but the project turned into a fiasco when the landscape company we chose couldn't do hardscapes (even though they assured us they could) and they subbed it out to another company who botched it up. We were also on a time schedule due to a graduation open house for our daughter we were having. Monette stepped in to find us contractors, then when the job turned sour, she came out to inspect and inform the contractor that the sub contractor was doing it incorrectly..... She even spray painted the entire design out for them on the ground and she was around 8 months pregnant at the time! In the end, we were rescued by another landscape contractor and they finished at 7pm the night before the open house!! Monette is great and we LOVE our new patio!
