Did re-program my garage doors as requested but refused to tie them to the cars -- said he was not permitted to go in cars

Technician was very nice, talks me into two doors, I told him I may have to cancel one due to it being an unexpected cost. This would have been a good time for him to say they would keep my deposit! I called that night to cancel and I was told to call back on Monday. I called first thing, the person on the phone said it was to bad they were keeping the deposit because of restocking fee. If I would have been told any of this I would never have ordered the second door, I was placed on hold for over 6 minutes, I hung up and called back, asking for a supervisor, I could hear the other person laughing ever time she said it was their policy. They should inform you there will be a restocking fee if you cancel at the time of purchase. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!

Our garage door wouldn't open all the way. We called the company and they said we will be over in two hours. They were and they immediately identified the problem and told us they'd take care of it. About 20 minutes later, we were happily opening our working garage door.

My husband had just returned home from an errand when we heard a strange noise in the garage.  When he went to investigate, he saw that the two springs that pulled the door up had broken.  I reached for the phone to call for a technician.  My husband couldn't get the door to open and we were trapped - so to speak.
Our garage door was originally put in by C.E. Price.  The phone number is on the unit and on the doors.  So I was sort of surprised when Garage Door Service Pros showed up within 30 minutes!  The technician (Reggie- who was wonderful) explained that C.E. Price was the owner of the old company and had passed away.  His son renamed the company, but they still honor the warranties on the old equipment.  He replaced the springs, checked the interior of the unit - looking for frayed belts, etc.  The unit is 19 years old and is under a 20 year warranty.  He didn't find any problems.  The new springs work great.  The door is even more quiet in its operation than previously.  Reggie took care of the disposal of the old springs.  He was wonderful.  I would definitely call them again if needed - especially as they showed up so quickly when I called.

The service went well. We have a bent track, and the technician walked me through the problem. He explained what to look for on the rollers and check them often so that they don't pull off the track.

Everything went fine.  He fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.   He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Simply awesome...no headaches or having to run out for other parts. It was all done and I paid them via debit card on the spot.
