  I wasn't  sure what I wanted to do, had a great Lady by the name of  Suzie help me pick a perfect frame and mat for my picture. It couldn't of been more perfect. I will use them in the future.  

Fantastic! It took them 20 minutes to get the job done. The price was very reasonable. The owner is very nice, he gave my son some candy. This is the second time I go there and I will keep going there because the service is impeccable and the price is right. Highly recommended.

We were absolutely thrilled. Suzanne was incredibly warm and patient. Neither my husband nor I knew what we wanted. She did not rush or push us, but gave us a number of options, as well as her opinions. The work was completed within a few weeks and we felt the price was extremely reasonable. We weren't sure what to expect in terms of cost, but had budgeted quite a bit more than she charged. When we arrived at our first meeting, Suzanne was helping another customer, and we were originally helped by a gentleman who, though quite kind and pleasant, did not seem to have the eye for design that Suzanne has. When she was done with the other customer, she took over for the gentleman and our experience improved considerably.

Staff helped me pick out a beautiful frame that was pretty reasonably priced. They did a wonderful job and I am pleased with the results.

We spent close to 1.5 hours with two of the women picking out the mattes, frame and glass. They were professional and fun. This is undoubtedly the most we've ever paid for framing, and we were clearly reluctant, even though we knew it is worth it for such a special piece of art. We were initially looking in early January and the staff was kind enough to inform us that the store has significant sales twice a year (in Feb & Aug?). They wrote down all of the details we had decided on, wrote up a tag and told us we should come back when the frame would be cheaper! This saved us $240 on the frame alone! It totally made it possible for us to afford to frame this extremely special and unique piece of artwork the way we wanted to. One minor complaint: they did say the work would be done by "late February" and we didn't receive a phone call until March 7th. We were in no rush, but it was later then we'd been promised.

PETER WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH HIS ADVICE, RECOMMENDATIONS & KNOWLEDGE. WE FOUND COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD AN ITEM FRAMED. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!! THE PRINT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND IT BECAME EQUALLY IMPORTANT TO THEM. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME CHOOSE THE MATTES AND HELPED ME TO SELECT FRAMES THAT WERE WITHIN MY BUDGET. THE END RESULT WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL!

I FOUND ALL OF THEIR STAFF TO BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND DEDICATED TO EXCELLENCE. IF YOU WANT IT DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, I WOULD RECOMMEND GALLERY. I WORKED WITH THE OWNER, SUZANNE CAMPBELL, AND WOULD RECOMMEND HER.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME IN WORKING WITH ME. WAS ABLE TO COME UP WITH A COUPLE OF UNIQUE CONCEPTS TO MAKE THE ITEMS BEING FRAMED MORE SPECIAL. HAD A RUSH JOB THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND ONLY GAVE THEM A COUPLE OF DAYS NOTICE FOR THE RUSH. EVEN AFTER BEING WITHOUT POWER AND CLOSED FOR 3 DAYS, THEY WERE ABLE TO FILL MY REQUEST. ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU BY NAME WHEN YOU GO IN AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON. GREAT SERVICE... CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM!!!!!

IVE GONE BACK SEVERAL TIMES. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING SUGGESTIONS ABOUT THE DESIGN OF THE FRAME.
