We are an over 50 year old family owned business. We take pride in doing our work right and at a very competitive price. Our plumbers are very knowledgeable and helpful. We will assess a problem and recommend the most cost effective solution. Our plumbers are not paid on commission so there is no pressure to sell a customer something they don’t need. G&M WAS AWARE THAT WE HAD TO MOVE FROM OUR HOME FOR FOUR DAYS DURING THIS PROJECT AND WAS VERY GOOD IN RESTORING A SINK,COMMODE AND THE TUB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE COULD MOVE BACK IN. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND SENSITIVE TO THE FACT THAT THIS WAS A BIG AND DISRUPTING PROJECT FOR US. THEY MADE THE EXPERIENCE EASIER TO HANDLE BY ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS ALONG THE WAY. A PIPE FELL ON OUR WASHER DURING THE TEAR-OUT AND THE COMPANY REPAIRED IT WITH NO HASSLE AT ALL. G&M ALSO HELPED WITH SOME INSURANCE ISSUES WE HAD RELATING TO THE PROJECT AND WENT AS FAR AS CALLING THE COMPANY TO HELP US GET REIMBURSED. THIS IS THE ONLY PLUMBING COMPANY WE WILL EVER USE!
