I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling in our kitchen on Saturday morning.   I called G & M Saturday morning and left a message on their voicemail as the leak appeared small and was not actively leaking.  There is a toilet and a shower above the area where the wet spot was at and I was able to shut off the water to that area.  G & M called me the first thing on Monday morning and Dave came out to the house about an hour later.  Dave checked several possible areas that might have been leaking and did find where the bolts that connect the toilet tank to the bowl were slightly loose.  The toilet did not actively leak unless you leaned back against the tank and then the tank moved just enough to cause a leak.  We have had no problems with the toilet since and the area in the kitchen ceiling that was wet has dried up.  I have used G & M several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work.  They have always been very professional and take time to explain the problem and what they recommend to fix it.

We previously had another plumber (another company) attempt to remove the clog in the kitchen sink, he got the water flowing but obviously still slowly. He had made explanations that Bob Fisher didn't depend on. Bob realized that the lack of venting in the pipe would not cause the slow drainage and was able to both clear the drain and speed it up.

Arrived on time, did the work, removed the old pump and cleaned up the area.  Great Job!!

Troy was on time problems, offered a couple of solutions and price range for each. Listened to my wishes. Troy kept me informed on progress and did not waste time. Troy cleaned up after work was completed.

The job went smoothly and quickly and he even asked for a broom to clean up afterwards!  Nice experience.

They are excellent and have done excellent work for me. Some of the competition out here, especially the one's who use whole yellow page ads are rip offs; G & M isn’t. They charge reasonable prices. They don’t come back with nonsense like those companies in the yellow pages.

It went very well. I had absolutely no trouble after I had the plumbing done. The gentleman was very nice and the price was right.

They have been our plumbers for years and we just pay a yearly maintenance fee. They are honest and they are in the ballpark price wise. We feel comfortable with them in our home. Their pricing seems moderate and competitive but we haven’t compared in years. We could probably get cheaper but their service is very good.

I had orginally had a different company do this work for me on a yearly basis. They had told me I needed about $3,000 of work done, that it would need to be excavated, etc. G & M came and took care of it. There were just a few roots in the system, and they said that I didn't need all the excavating. Just a normal exchange from a pipe to a tile thing that goes out to the sewer system. They advised that I do need to remove a large tree because it is going to be putting pressure on the pipes. They totally took care of the problem for only $111.

Great.. They came right out, gave us an estimate and had the work done in less than 2 weeks.

We had some bad dealings with some plumbing companies. He came out and took care of everything. He was very reasonable, and we are going to have him continue to do some more work for us.

They are very good to work with. The technicians are always very courteous and good about cleaning up after themselves. They always do an excellent job. I will certainly be calling them back in the future.

They were very timely and punctual. The craftsmanship was great. They were good on their word in terms of doing what they said they were going to do, as in getting things done on time.

We appreciated the time spent on the phone explaining that we needed two hole faucets and the brand suggestions. I was able to pick the day for the installation to accommodate my work schedule. The plumbers arrived within the time frame I picked, installed the faucets, cleaned the area, and left in time for us to go to any evening event.

We were quite satisfied with the work, & the way it was done. We recommend G & M.

I wasn't happy with the service because after he came out, he said someone else would come out and they didn't until the next day. The first time they did a good job.
