Frog Hauling Dumpster Rental

Needed a dumpster rental for complete overhaul of small bathroom. Emailed on Thursday night (8/11) around 9PM and Marty - the owner - had already responded by 1030 that same night. I talked to him on phone Friday morning about rates and a needed delivery date of Monday, 8/15. He quoted me a reasonable rate and could provide the dumpster size I needed on the date I needed. It was there when I returned home from work Monday evening - I did not need t be there. Due to a delay in the job not getting started until Tuesday, 8/17, I required the the dumpster for an extra day as the original pickup date was Thursday and I needed until Friday. I talked to Marty and he said no problem and no extra charge. Was picked up Friday before I got home from work.

Overall, I was very pleased with the communication, professionalism and service provided by Marty and Frog Hauiing. Would definitely use again and have already referred him to a co-worker.

I was referred to Frog Hauling by an acquaintance who had used them. I contacted them (by email) on Sunday afternoon... expecting to hear back from them on Monday, and perhaps have a dumpster on Tuesday or Wednesday. To my surprise, Marty Reed called me within 5 minutes (he was in the offfce and saw my inquiry come into his email queue). Marty was VERY helpful. He explained the services Frog Hauling provides, and we discussed my project(s) and need for a dumpster. I decided to rent the BIG 20 cubic yard dumpster... just in case. I didn't know if I'd need that much space, but the price was very reasonable and I didn't want to pay for another dumpster if the first one wasn't big enough. Marty asked where I wanted the dumpster, said it would be in my driveway by 10:00 AM on Monday morning, and said I didn't have to be home when it was delivered. I ran some errands on Monday morning, returned about 11:00 AM, and the dumpster was there... open and waiting, and sitting on wood sheets so it wouldn't damage my driveway. I asked to keep the dumpster for a week, so Marty called the following Sunday to ask if Monday morning pickup would be OK. When I told him that I could give it up on Monday, even though I could use it another couple of days, he said he really didn't need it back on Monday and offered to leave it and pick it up Wednesday... NO ADDITIONAL COST! Frog Hauling was a great company to work with. Marty Reed was very helpful and courteous. And their cost is very reasonable... especially considering that I paid a "hauling" company nearly the same amount just to take away some lumber from a deck replacement. I would DEFINITELY use Frog Hauling again, and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone needing dumpster and/or hauling services.
