Evaluated strictly as a dumpster rental service I guess they were OK. Reasonable to work with, delivered and picked up when they said it would be. The dumpsters were a nice size to work with, not taking up too much room in the driveway.
HOWEVER: I chose them based upon statements on their website (http://froghauling.com/) Quotes from their site: "The Green Residential Mini Dumpster Service" and "Recycling and Eco-Friendly Service: Every effort possible is used to recycle your trash. We are the only Columbus dumpster rental service that provides the ability for the customer to help recycle their trash." based on a statement the driver made to me, I doubt the truth of this advertising. I had cautioned the driver about something that might appear to be recyclable but probably should be discarded. The driver's response "Don't worry. It's all going straight to the dump." Since I had chosen them with the understanding that they would recycle as much of it as possible, I was disappointed to say the least. I purposely went with them even though they were more expensive than my first choice because of this promise of recycling.

Very disappointed. While removing the mostly filled dumpster from the side of my garage the driver broke off two major branches of a shrub/tree adjacent to my back porch. The driver cut the corner and caught the limbs and decided to keep going and broke the limbs off. He was at least nice enough to haul away the limbs. No one notified me of the incident until I walked out of my house the next morning. I called the office and voiced my compliant. Within about 30 minutes I received a call from the owner telling me he read the drivers incident report and was sorry for the issue and needed to do some additional investigation. He told me the drivers report indicated the driver slipped off the driveway and hit the tree. I told the owner the only problem with the story is the rut he left where he did slip off the driveway, which I didn't complain about was on the other side of the location of the tree. The driver most likely slipped off the driveway because he knew he hooked the tree and was trying to get away from it. The owner told me he was going to visit my house and review the incident. Two weeks later and I haven't heard back from the owner. Initial notification of the incident and follow through from the owner would have at least made me feel like they cared about destroying my property. Blaming the weather the slippage off the driveway wasnt the issue. Bottom line for me is the driver was in a hurry and didn't protect my property.

I got them from Angie's List and they are wonderful. The guy was really wonderful. I didn't know what size to get or anything like that and he was really helpful. We are going to use them again. They were prompt and they came exactly at the time they said they were going to be there. They said they would be there at noon and they were there at 11.30. There is a fence at the property and the driveway is real small and we were afraid that they would damage the fence and he didn't do anything like that. They were very careful. I would recommend them to anybody. I had never heard of them until we got them on the Angie's List site and it was very helpful. They are prompt and quick. Whenever I need them, I only have to call like a day or two ahead and they are right there. They generally have a size that I need and it is just the best service out there. They are not like a slum place like most of them are. Their dumpsters don't look nasty like most of them and it looked like a frog.

Emailed the company using their online form to order a dumpster. We got a call back the same day and scheduled a 13 cubic yard dumpster for that same weekend. We had to do a major garage clean-out (2.5 car garage that wasn't totally full of junk) and do some basement demo. It all fit well enough in the dumpster we could've easily thrown away more when you add in closet cleanouts and such.
We loved that the price was all inclusive (taxes, dump fees, pick up and delivery). We had the dumpster for a week but needed it for only
4 days--so we just called and they came out the next day and drove away at no extra charge.
Side note: The drivers were very good at maneuvering through tight our tight driveway! They got it farther back than we thought they would, in a narrow 1-lane drive with a gate and no room for error...otherwise you hit the house. (Something we've done ourselves multiple times!) Just make sure you think about how you're going to get large items to the dumpster and can access the walk-in side how you want to---something narrow drives make difficult (no fault of Frog Hauling though!).
We'd definitely recommend them.

The dumpster was delivered when and where requested. No problem keeping it a couple extra days. Courteous and professional. Plan to use them again before the end of the month.

They were careful in placing the dumpster and put it exactly where I had designated. They were very clear about what could go in the unit and what items were verboten. The dumpster is bright green and free of rust and good-looking (for a dumpster!). As stated they put down wood blocks between the unit and the driveway. Payment was by credit card over the phone in advance.

A smooth, seamless transaction with a product that was exactly as advertised on their web site. I needed to clean out a bunch of accumulated junk in my garage, and I wasn't keen to hire a junk hauling company (very expensive) or renting a big truck to haul stuff to the landfill (inconvenient, time consuming, requires you to lift everything into the truck and then lift it back out again at the landfill). Frog Hauling's walk-in dumpster was a perfect alternative, and the dumpster was clean and odor free.
I requested a dumpster through Frog Hauling's web site contact form on a Friday morning for Monday delivery. I had a callback within 4 hours. The web site estimate for a 16-cubic-yard residential dumpster was $295, and my total price with taxes was $297. They took my credit card info over the phone and asked how long I wanted the dumpster. I hadn't thought about that much, so I said "Until next Friday?" and the guy immediately said, "That's fine, but if you need it for longer, just call us by Thursday and we can extend your time, no charge." They asked a few questions about how I wanted the dumpster oriented in my driveway and confirmed that I didn't need to be home for the dumpster's delivery.
The dumpster arrived sometime between 12 and 2 on Monday while I was out running errands. I was done filling the dumpster on Thursday, and the Frog Hauling guys arrived around 11:45 a.m. on Friday to take the dumpster away. I was expecting loud beeping/chain slinging/etc. when the Frog Hauling guys arrived on Friday, but they were like mice! I was sitting in the living room, maybe 15 feet away, and I only heard something when the hydraulic lift picked the dumpster off the ground (and even that was pretty quiet, just a quick rattling of the safety chains and some beeping from the truck.) I looked outside and saw that they'd covered the dumpster in a black tie-down cover so stuff wouldn't fly out of it.

We are moving after living here for 17 years and needed to clean house. I called and talked to Marty and he had answers to all my questions. Marty was a professional all the way. We needed the dumpster before the 4th of July and Marty made sure we had it. It was delivered on time and rolled onto boards so as not to damage our driveway. The dumpster was clean and the front end opened up to allow putting heavy things in first without trying to lift them over the edge. They picked up the dumpster when they said they would. I have already told my neighbors about my positive experience. We will need a dumpster going to our new house so I will be calling Marty again shortly.

I called around to get prices for a large dumpster to haul away yard waste and Frog Hauling had the best deal. The last time I used a dumpster (from another company) I wasn't impressed with the condition of the dumpster that was dropped off or the level of customer service. Frog Hauling charged exactly what was quoted and I didn't have to be home for the drop-off or the pick-up. The dumpster was in good shape and not a major eyesore like the last one I used.

Service provided as advertised. Easy set up of drop off. They advised the proper size for my situation (smallest container worked perfectly). They picked up the dumpster and no glitches. Price was very reasonable compared to other services for my area. I would use them again.

I rented their smallest dumpster (4cy i believe) for a bathroom renovation. The dumpster was dropped off on time with no problems. I had the dumpster for appx 10 days. They picked it up on the scheduled date, again, with no problems. I called a couple of times about scheduling the drop off/pick up and they were VERY accommodating. I would, without a doubt, use them again or refer a friend/family member to them for any dumpster needs. Thanks for being such professionals!

Frog hauling was easy to work with, delivered the dumpster exactly to where we asked and picked the dumpster up right on time. Their dumpsters open on one side making it very easy to load. Would definitely use them again to haul away materials from home renovation projects.

These guys were terrific to work with - we used a 6CY dumpster and they delivered/picked up exactly when agreed. Dumpster was in excellent shape, clean and no problems with door hinges (have had that issue with other company) - also placed exactly where we wanted it, without causing issues for street parking. Not sure how well they stack up on price - but given how easy they made it, that's worth it to us. Would definitely use them again!

Initially spoke with Marty, extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Ordered a dumpster, was delivered next day, they were very careful placing it on my paver driveway and placed it on wood as they indicated they would. Demolition went a little longer than we thought and they extended 1 extra day for no extra charge. Overall it was a very easy experience and will definitely use them again for future remodel projects.

We had a great experience. Owner was very friendly and helpful in determining which size dumpster we would need. It was delivered promptly at 8 am the first day. These are walk-in dumpsters, which is helpful in being able to fill it efficiently. We ran behind schedule in our demo'ing, and were able to call the day it was supposed to be picked up and asked to keep the dumpster 2 nights past our scheduled week without a problem. We chose Frog over other area companies, even though they were a bit more expensive, because they try to recycle as much of the materials as they can.
