They were great to work with! Our house is old and required a lot of pre-painting preparation. The job was tough and they prepped beyond our expectations. The finished result is beautiful! We will use them again to paint our new shutters. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

I got 4 estimates for the job and after Mark left I was hoping his was reasonable because he did such a thorough job looking at the house and pointing out various things and asking me how I wanted it handled. I was very impressed. His attention to detail and professionalism continued throughout the entire job. His painters did a great job and cleaned up every night before they left. Mark even worked around a garage sale we had already scheduled. Also, I had trouble picking the colors for the house so Mark gave me some suggestions and painted samples of what I picked before the project began.When the house was finished, Mark walked through the project with me to make sure I was totally satisfied and made any touch ups that were needed (almost none). This company was actually working on painting my neighbor's house. We saw them and got an estimate from the owner. Even before providing an estimate, he gave us a handout listing his credentials, awards, references, and other helpful information. The cost estimate was lower than other companies, but there was no lack of quality. Our porch had been painted poorly in the past, but FTC Painting did a professional job. The work was done well and the painters took time on some of the detailed painting. The owner kept us apprised of delays due the storms in our area at the time and arrived as promised. The work was finished promptly with a walk through with the owner after the job was completed. I would highly recommend them to other neighbors and friends.

Mark Tabor was on time for the estimate. I explained that I just needed the labor, we had purchased the masonry paint on sale (same brand he uses). We needed done because we do not have the equipment, nor did I want my husband attempting do the job with rental equipment. Mark stated after the first coat the painter would check for any masonry cracks and seal. The chimney looked in good shape. He asked if we wanted the chimney power washed. I stressed the fact that our siding, roof, and gutters were all new. Mark left his company and insurance info. He e-mailed his estimate and was able to fit in our work on short notice. John, the painter, did a great job. I explained the need to be neat since we had new work on the house. John spent the entire day, he sealed some cracks found near the chimney opening after doing the first coat and was very neat. The chimney looks great. Both Mark and John were pleasant to work with.

We were very pleased with the time it took to finish the entire job. All the workers were very professional and they cleaned up every afternoon before they left. Was very pleased, had no complaints whatsoever. Would recommend this company to everyone. Our house looks wonderful.

Fresh Touch has been great from the beginning. Mark had the lowest prices on most of the quotes and on the ones he didn't have, he was able to meet the lower prices. I have been very happy with the quality of work the professionalism. They were always on time, worked around whatever we had going on and did a lot of "extras" that weren't included in the original quote. I plan on using Mark and Fresh Touch again for other office building painting and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience. Mark treated us as though we will be lifelong customers and thanks to that, we will be. Communication throughout the process was wonderful - both through e-mail and phone. We were kept updated on the timeline for the project through out the whole process. The workers were all professional. The fence was powerwashed and even though there are beds of many plants surrounding all of the fence lines, there was absolutely NO significant damage to any of the plants. The same was true of the painting work - they were very careful with where they walked and put their ladders. We were impressed with the preparation they did with the old, wooden, peeling garage door. The final paint job looks great. Likewise, the work they did on the windows (circa 1940's) was great, especially given the poor condition they were in to start out with. They glazed all of the panes, prepared the wood and painted. They even cleaned the windows when they were done. They spent lots (13+ hours) of extra time cleaning up the paint edges to our satisfaction. Mark reviewed all of the work with us before we paid anything. We normally do all of our home projects ourselves and have done extensive renovations and painting. Their work met our high expectations. We already plan to hire them again to do some interior painting and possibly paint our fence.

They were good with follow up and very accomodating. They did the estimate on a Sunday and submitted it right away and fully explained what they were going to do and what was included in the estimate. It took a bit of time to get started due to weather, but the job was done well and to my satisfaction!

Overall, Mark and his workers did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, left no mess and Mark is also good at advising what colors are in vogue now - I love the colors he suggested. Mark went out of his way to do our work in a timely manner since we were in a hurry to put our house on the market. I highly recommend them and have already done so.

An excellent job. They came out to do an estimate the afternoon that I called them, and they gave a fair price. I didn't bother to get other estimates. We were given an approximate start date. The day before they were going to start (a Friday), the weather report predicted a lot of rain, so Mark called and suggested they do it the next Monday. That was fine for us, and they came out and did it when we were at work. There was a slight mistake in painting one area the wrong color, but Mark caught it and let me know before I even saw it, and he arranged to come out and fix it. Overall, a great company - very trustworthy and professional.

We have never been so thrilled with the work performed by any contractor or company! We will use Fresh Touch whenever possible. The results are beyond our expectations and we just can't say enough good things about this team. But here are a few highlights: They were professional, clean, genuinely interested in doing a great job and making us happy. They were helpful in selecting paint colors and providing advice/suggestions on how to paint the house, without making us feel they were in it only for the money. We got many other estimates, lower and higher than them, but no one else suggested things like painting the garage doors and gutters with epoxy added to the house paint. We just thought we were stuck with them until replaced. So, that ended up saving us money as well. We have worked with companies that used contractors and didn't have the same experience as working with their permanent, employed team. We experienced two deaths in the family during the project and Mark, the owner, was extremely kind and considerate in working with our schedules. We felt completely safe leaving the house in their hands and focusing on other things. What a relief! Thanks Mark and team!

Mark was the most professional contractor we have used. He was on time, kept us updated and followed through with everything. All the encounters we had with Mark and his employees were friendly and professional. We recommend him to anyone that needs painting of any kind done. We plan to use his services in the future. We went with this company because their bid was *much* less than any other group (less than half of one!), but their ratings were good, and Mark seemed like a straight talker. They came when they said they would and did the job they agreed to do, and we were quite happy with it. If we had another job to do and their bid was that good again, we'd use them again.

It went well, very professional, very responsive and patient with our endless questions and sample requests. They did a great job. The only thing I would tell anyone looking to get their house painted for their first time is that if you have 65 years of paint on your house you can't expect a brand new house looking paint job. If I had the time and money and will power I would go back and do it myself. I am a perfectionist and would scrape every last bit of paint off and repaint it to look new. I don't have the time or desire to spend every weekend doing this so I choose Mark and his crew who did the job they said they would, on time and at a reasonable price. The paint job looks good and it's done and I didn't have to do it. Mark was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. During the painting a window got broken, which has already been shot with a bb gun. Mark paid for the window even though I said we would pay for it. The walls were painted in a day. My dining room looks brand new. They did a nice job with clean up and returning things to the spots that they belong.

We have a 1920s home with stone and siding. Mark came out to meet with us several times to determine our needs and to help us establish the right plan for preparing our old windows, and very overpainted trim and newly replaced siding. While the siding was easy to paint (they sprayed which offered great coverage for the Hardie style shingles), the trim required a lot of work just to get to a reasonable look. Since we did not plan to strip the many layers of paint, our hope was to get a decent finish. Mark managed our expectations for the final result and delivered exactly what he said he would. His crew of four men worked for a week or more to scrape, sand and prepare the windows and trim. Mark worked with some difficult weather and did a good job working when he could, but not too long on some cold rainy days. Overall, we were happy with the crew that worked on our house and would recommend Fresh Touch and Mark Tabor and crew to anyone.

They did a good job of scraping. Once they started the job they were always punctual. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. They gave us a two year warranty. We were satisfied with our home.
