Fraley Plumbing and Repair LLC

Cliff Fraley arrived and stated that I didn't have the correct trim part for my shower and that he could run and pick up what was needed. I didn't confirm part before he installed it (doesn't match rest of parts, has plastic handle like he had just removed(not like Moen valve I'd purchased for install). I told him I wasn't happy but he said that I didn't have a choice on handles with my shower setup(1970s house) - he also repeated this via text messages that I have saved. When time came to pay he didn't have an invoice and when I asked him for an itemized receipt showing how much he'd just spent on parts he said that he couldn't provide one at time of payment but would get one to me first thing in the morning. The receipt never came and he then told me that he wouldn't be providing one b/c that would force him to charge me more money to itemize a receipt - (huh?) I mean if he just went shopping for me why wouldn't have have a receipt? I paid $665 for his visit - $301 for parts that totaled $98 dollars when added up - I saved the trash and Google'd the parts. He used the cheapest parts possible. I had to hire another(reputable) plumber to come out and install a new trim kit(new plumber told me what to buy) with the handle that I wanted. I only regret that I hadn't used the bathtub before the new plumber came out b/c this weekend when my daughter tried to take a bath, the tub won't hold water. Fraley didn't do something correctly so now our tub drains. Note to self - never select someone who isn't part of the BBB or at least reviewed on Angie's list.
