Meeting was wonderful--everything went beautifully.  Flowers were beautiful, delivery on time.  Only suggestion is to make sure you are very clear about what you want.  It was suggested to me to use some tulips in the bouquet and I dislike tulips, but I said sure, if the callas aren't available and my bouquet was full of tulips.  This was my communication error.  Other than that, very well done, very nice and would definitely do business with again.

Some of their qualities that stood out to me were their flexibility and wonderful customer service.

I have not actually had the wedding, however everyone has been very flexible and they have been willing to work within my price range. They have actually come in underneath my maximum price. I feel that I am going to get nice quality arrangements and bouquets from them and that they will be attractive and what I wanted. Everyone that I have ever spoken with there has been very friendly and helpful.

Excellent. Jan is great to work with - very artistic and all her work is beautiful. She has lots of ideas and incorporates her suggestions with what you are hoping for. They were easy to work with and delivered on everything I hoped for and more. Would recommend them for any floral need - small or large.

I had met with several florists to discuss options and discuss my ideas -- no one wanted to discuss anything and when I told them I wanted orchids in my bouquet, they told me they were too expensive to be in my budget. Plus, in order to meet with them, I often had to leave work. Luckily, I saw Flowers on Orchard Lane recommended on theknot.com and I called. Jan was willing to meet with me on my lunch hour. I brought photos of some ideas and told her how much I loved orchids. We did not have altar arrangements and we made our own table centerpieces, so when other florists quoted me over $1000 for a bridal bouquet, four bridesmaids bouquets and a dozen or so corsages/boutonni res, I was astonished. Jan asked me what my budget was and I told her $500. She said, "I can do it for that!". A couple days before the wedding she called to tell me that she was unable to get the flowers we wanted for the bridesmaids, so she made a last-minute substitution of green orchids, which would normally have been an up charge -- but she included them. Now that their shop is on Main Street, I often stop by to pick up flowers on my way home from work or for dinner parties. Just recently, I ordered a funeral arrangement which was delivered promptly and beautiful. I was able to give them a number, and as always, they went above and beyond.

Smooth sailing from start to finish. I got an appointment on short notice and was seen right away. The owner met with me and was a very creative florist. She ended up with beautiful ideas in collaboration with what I wanted and at a more reasonable price than any other florist I'd seen. She made me feel very important and I received many compliments on the flowers at my wedding. I loved the bouquet so much that I am having in preserved. I would highly recommend this florist.

I loved what Jan did, she took my ideas and did a great job. I had specific flowers in mind and she worked around what I wanted and created great arrangements. However, I was a little disappointed in the follow up. Although the final estimate stated that I was not being charged a rental fee for the vases, holders, and baskets I was under the impression (many people at my wedding had used Jan in the past) that I would be able to keep the vases for the centerpieces. I knew that I wouldn't be able to keep the iron holders and wire baskets but not sure about the vases. I did give some away and used some for the brunch the next day. There were no instructions on how/when or what items they would be picked up or where they were to be returned. Some things were left outside and misplaced for several weeks. I had to follow up with wedding location to get those items so I would not be charged.

Jan was fantastic. She developed a floral scheme that fit both my vision and budget. She made it easy to make decisions and accommodated my special requests.

The woman who took the order over the phone seemed as concerned about my getting what I wanted for my sister as I did. I could not have done this if Angie's List did not exist and had not afforded me the opportunity to have the names of merchants living close to my sister. Thanks Angie's List. I just joined so this was my very first time using your help. My sister had told me about you before you were ever in California.

JAN DID THE FLOWERS FOR MY WEDDING, AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I ONLY HAD A VAGUE IDEA WHAT I WANTED, AND SHOWED HER A FEW PICTURES. SHE WAS ABLE TO PUT MY THOUGHTS INTO WORDS AND CREATE BEAUTIFUL BOUQUETS AND ARRANGEMENTS. SHE ALSO KEPT THE COST WITHIN MY $1000 BUDGET.

ESTIMATE WAS PREPARED BY HAND, THAT'S THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY WAS 'UNPROFESSIONAL'. I WAS VERY SURPRISED BY THE LOW COST FOR THESE LIVE FLOWERS. OTHERS CAME IN DOUBLE THE PRICE FOR THE SAME. FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL, AND DELIVERY WAS GREAT. JAN AND HER TEAM WAS AWESOME FOR MY WEDDING.
