THEY WERE PROMPT IN RETURNING CALL BUT DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE TO BE HERE AT 1:00 PM MONDAY AND NO ONE SHOWED UP NOR CALLED ME.
Description of Work: DID NOT HAVE WORK DONE TO BASEMENT FLOOR DAMAGED IN RECENT FLOODING BECAUSE NO ONE SHOWED UP.

Description of Work: CONTRACTED TO CLEAN BASEMENT LINOLEUM TILED FLOORS. DID NOT ADEQUATELY CLEAN INTO CORNERS. FAILED TO REPORT TO OWNER THAT MOISTURE WAS LIFTING SEVERAL TILES (THIS WAS PART OF INSURANCE CLAIM) ALSO CONTRACTED TO STRIP AND CLEAN KITCHEN FLOORS. OWNER EXPLAINED THAT CERTAIN PRODUCTS SHOULD BE USED AND THAT SHE HAD THEM OR THAT THEY COULD BE PURCHASE THROUGH COLUMBUS JANATORIAL SUPPLY. KITCHEN FLOORS WERE STRIPPED AND THEN COMPLETELY RUINED. THE SURFACE TEXTURE HAS BEEN DESTROYED AND THEY ARE HEAVILY STREAKED. WATER OR STEAM OR PRODUCT CAUSED MANY TILES TO LIFT . IT IS A DISASTER. THE COMPANY HAS NOT RETURNED PHONE CALLS!
