"You must have the wrong company. We have never done business with you. We didn't even have "young guys" working here in the year of your service complaint."
"I apologize that you felt we were not punctual. We do work in conditions where we have to rely on the weather. You were involved with the Groupon promotion which actually put us extremely behind with a rainy season. We will never offer another big deal promotion again. It has obviously upset more people than I could have imagined. I called you and told you we were coming the day we came, and our crew leader called you that day as well, then you were suppose to pay upon completion and mailed in a payment two weeks later. Just keep in mind when you work with a contractor that works in outdoor elements you have to be considerate to their situation as well and they cannot be blamed for that. I also worked with you on your budget as well, so I am really disappointed that you have not taken that into consideration for your review."

"I am really sorry if you did not receive what you were looking for. I explained that in detail when the Groupon ran that if the plans were not what you were looking for that we could make changes for you, because sometimes it might be hard to get it right the first time unless you specify exactly what you want. It is hard to meet everyone's unique personalities for their yard. I did keep with a perennial bed for you, so I am not really sure where you saw bushes at on there. The bed size should be seen in the quote and the dimensions are on the graph paper. As for the spelling error with auto correct on the word program I must have overlooked that. I am sorry and I appreciate your review and experience being posted on here. Please let me know if you need help reviewing the estimate and drawings more thoroughly."
