+ -1 moreTHEY DIDNT DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE DUCTS AND REGISTERS. THERE WAS A STRONG SMELL AFTER THEY CAME AND THEY SAID THAT THEY PROBABLY PUT TOO MUCH OF ONE KIND OF CHEMICAL IN AND THAT THEY WOULD COME BACK TO COUNTERACT THAT. THEY NEVER DID. THEY ALSO SAID THAT IT WOULD COST HER $99 AND THEY ENDED UP CHARGING HER $279.

Description of Work: UNACCEPTABLY TERRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER 2 PHONE CALLS. PERSON WOULD NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS NOR PROVIDE MANAGER'S NAME.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD A CANCELLATION ON THE DAY WE PHONED AND WERE ABLE TO COME THAT SAME AFTERNOON. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE CAREFUL AROUND BREAKABLES AND MOVED ANYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE MOVED TO DO A THOROUGH JOB.
Description of Work: CLEANED ALL HEATING VENTS AND COLD AIR RETURNS PER THEIR ADVERTISEMENT.
