Always a good visit.

They were pretty responsive, and fixed the problem. They very professional, friendly, and prompt. The workers were professional, friendly. When I brought my special coupon in to get lifetime alignment, or new tires, and it was a second deal, and they bent little over to give me those sales prices combine. Little extra customer service, that I appreciated.

Buyer beware.  Took my car in and was given several stories related to the problem. Ultimately after $2,000 in charges the car still didn't run quite right.  I ended up at the dealer to repair.

We always go to Firestone Complete Auto Care. They're friendly, they're easy to get in to, we can just drop it off or pick it up when we're ready to, and if we need it in a hurry they're very flexible. They're great for oil changes and that kind of thing but anything more they are expensive.

My son in law was driving after the appointment and saw the front right wasn't on tightly at all. He could wiggle the thing and had to fix it with his wrench.  They've never been good when it comes to inspections.  They never seem to be very thorough with any of their work.  Recently after an inspection I found that my power steering fluid was so low that it actually took a whole bottle that I bought from a local auto parts store to refill it!
