My interactions with them were very good and the work turned out fine. They're really thorough.

Since I only have one car, it is difficult to leave it for an oil change. My car needed one urgently, and since we had a trip planned in a few days, I was anxious to get one ASAP. It was Friday afternoon when I called Firestone Car Care Center. They were understandably booked for the rest of the day. They only have 3 bays, and cannot dedicate one to just oil changes, therefore I would have to leave it for two hours whenever I brought it in. I told him I might have to look further, thanked him, and hung up. While I was deciding what to do next, the phone rang. It was Firestone. They could accomodate me right away. They found me with caller ID. I went and was back home in a little over half an hour. Thanks Firestone and Angie's List !

We arrived at his Firestone Car Care Center on King Ave after closing in the middle of a downpour. Mike opened up his Car Center for us, and got our truck back on the road within minutes.
He was professional, courteous and very helpful.

When I called for an appointment the service advisor said the work could be done the next day if I brought the car in by 6pm on 5/22. I was called by 9:30 the following morning and told the car was ready. I was pleased with the workmanship and general courtesy of this Firestone dealership. However, I was disappointed that they did not run a printout of the before/after alignment settings. This has always been done at other Firestone service centers. I would advise potential customers to request that document when they drop off their vehicle. Otherwise, I will use this location again.

I have taken my care here for over 15 years and always had excellent service.

THEY ARE HONEST! They never tell me I need something I don't need. Even if I think I need something, they're honest with me, if I don't. I'm amazed! I would give them pluses on their overall grade. The only negative I can think of is many of them smoke cigarettes (not in my car of course.)
