Final Touch Lawn Care

The job(s) went smooth and the quality of work was amazing. They were professional and prompt. I was impressed with the reasonable prices. All the professionals were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be hiring Final Touch Lawn Care on a regular basis. I would highly recommend them.

I have always been happy with the work that the Final Touch crew does.  Jim is very quick to respond when I call, and very helpful when I have questions or concerns about my yard.

We have used this service for lawn mowing and leaf removal for many years.  No issue with lawn mowing.  However, I have now spent a month trying to get them to remove my leaves as I just had a reseeding done and that does no good if the leaves are on the ground.  There has always been an issue with returned phone calls.  We have made multiple phone calls just to arrange a time for leaf removal but there has been no returned calls.  They have no customer service, non, nada.  As a result I am going to cancel the lawn mowing next year.  Too bad because the guys that come out and mow the lawn are great and do good work.

I  hired them last fall to do my leaves at the end of the "season".  The date they were to come it snowed.  We had a very wet winter and they never did come.  They should have called me, but they didn't.  I called them a couple of weeks ago again and the date was set for them to come out.  It rained that day.  Again they didn't call.  I called them  the following Monday and told them how unhappy I was and they came out the next day. 

The men did a really nice job and cleaned up every bit of the old leaves and the stuff that had accumulated (branches) since then. 

I talked to the fellow about the lack of phone calls and told him they should be calling people if they couldn't come and I think he took it to heart.  So I will use them again.  I feel they are a good business and just need to improve customer contact.

I spend $140 a month. They are dependable and on time. If I ask for something special they will do it right away.

Looked for these services on Angies List.  Contacted them and asked for an estimate and date.  They provided both promptly and arrived at the date agreed on.

Overall they have done a decent job with the lawn.  They do cut it consistently and do nice cleanup work.  My two main issues have been: (1) When I call I never talk to a person and always have to leave a message.  They do return calls most of the time, but I prefer to be able to reach a person when I call a business. (2) They use large zero-turn type mowers and have left ruts in my yard in the spring time when it is wet and muddy.  I called to have them address this and they said they would use a hand mower in the back or not cut it in the future when it was wet; however, I felt like this is something they should have known to do without me having to tell them.  They also did not offer to discount the cost for the damage.  On the positive side, I do appreciate that they allow me to call and cancel a cut when I don't feel it is needed, as long as I give them notice, with no complaint, which some services I got quotes from did not permit.  I also find their cost to be very reasonable and the service to generally be consistent. 

They were going to have to stop anyway because they had to go back another trip for the mulch, but I don’t think they would come back because it is pouring.  I continue using them because they are always there when they are supposed to be and they do a good job and are reasonably priced.  They do small landscaping jobs for me sometimes and they trimmed some bushes for me and carried off some plants that is clear now was dead.  I just like them because they do a good job.  It is easy to talk to the owner and he is who I talk to.  They walk through things with me and were very good about marking trees to make sure nothing happens to them.

They guy from Final Touch came out very quickly and said he would come back later to do the measurements to get us an estimate on work. I never heard back from him, and he never came back out. I was initially very impressed by their response time, but now I can not get in touch with them. I have emailed them and called, but no reply.

He does very good work, he is there when he says he will be there. Sometimes a bit difficult to get a hold of.

I was extremely pleased with their work from start to finish. The owner came out a week before and I told him what I envisioned and he offered some suggestions and my yard with flower beds and shade trees looks fantastic. The two man crew worked in the heat all afternoon. They arrived around ten in the morning and left somewhere around five in the afternoon.

On November 8th 2006 I was charged for mowing and leaf pick-up when all they did was do the leaf pick-up. During this same visit, in my back yard all they did was blow the leaves under my hedges. Later in the same month on November 15th 2006, I was charged for leaf pick-up and mowing and they didn't even show-up that week. I have called them at least 4 times and left messages about this and they have not returned my phone calls about this problem.

THE SPRING CLEAN UP WAS $52. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND THOROUGH. WE TRIED SOMEONE ELSE, WEREN'T SATISFIED AND WENT BACK TO FINAL TOUCH.
