We would like to thank Joe and his team at the Northwest Ave branch for providing service that has far exceeded our expectations. Applying for a mortgage and / or refinance can be very overwhelming and confusing. Joe and his staff were there every step of the way to explain the process and were always professional and clear about what we could expect. Because of their dedication to customer service we are proud to be on-board with Fifth Third bank not only for our mortgage but for all of our future banking needs. Prior to this we were with our last bank for 13 years. Please pass on our sincere appreciation to Joe and James for their dedication.
