Fernandes Service Cleaning

I am very pleased with the services provided by Fernandes Cleaning Services.  When they leave, my house is spotless.  They had a bit of trouble finding my home when they came for an estimate, which is not surprising since it was dark outside and our unit numbers are sometimes difficult to see, but after that, when they have come to clean, they are prompt.  I highly recommend them for whatever home cleaning one needs.

Fernando and Cristina are extremely professional, detail oriented cleaners.  They have never missed a shift and always come with a smile on their faces.  I have referred them to several other friends who have hired them as well due to the nice and efficient job that they do.

What I really like about Fernandes Service Cleaning is their attention to detail.  They move furniture, for example when vacuuming rather than just cleaning around major pieces. They are always on time - even early - pleasant and professional. They go above and beyond -changing sheets and  making beds, for example, when I didn't even ask them too. Their thoughtfulness even extends to where they park their car, making sure that we have unobstructed access in our driveway. Last, the price they charge for the services they provide is extremely reasonable! ,

Cristina and Fernando are very professional and excellent at what they do.  The house is always clean when they leave and smells wonderful too. A friend of mine recommended them to me and I could not be more content. We found scratch marks on the floor once and they came back IMMEDIATELY to address the issue! 
"Obrigada Voce" to them which means "thank you very much"! They speak Brazilian Portugese, which made me want to learn to speak the language too. LOVE them!

This group does a fabulous job! They show up on time and are always pleasant. They are friendly with my kids and they even like my spastic dog. The house is so clean and tidy when they leave and it smells great too. We looked for over a year for a good cleaning company. This one fit the bill and then some. So lucky to have found them.

They are professional, flexible and do a great job of cleaning, dusting and getting the house back in order. No matter how much my kids mess up the house, FFS does such a thorough job that after they leave there is a feeling of calmness that sets in just to see the house clean. They are not very fluent in English, so you will need to be patient when you converse with them. They provide an excellent service overall and we have had no complaints with their work.

They do a great job of being very detailed, making sure not to miss anything.  They clean every room except for the basement.  They also wipe down my baseboards, which I hate doing.  They have been working for me for over a year now and are always on time, courteous , quick and very professional.  They also bring cleaning products with them when they come, but will use specific products at my request.  Although they don't speak english well, it has never been an issue and they always seem to understand whatever I ask them to do.  We often communicate through text as well, which has been very helpful.  They have also done extra cleaning for special events and always seem to have time to squeeze me in or be flexible when I need them to.  They were recommended to me by a friend after I had a baby and could not do my own house cleaning anymore.  I'm so thankful I found them when I did because I was really struggling to find the time to get anything done!
