Great communication, prices, and product!

Exterior Tech and team did an absolutely FABULOUS job re-siding my house. Their price was competitive and the quality of work was superior. Their lead contact (Walter) was always in communications with myself, visited the job frequently and was quite responsive throughout the process. Exterior Tech's on-site foreman (Jose) had a knack for attention to detail and all workers at the house took a high degree of pride in their workmanship. Being a mechanical engineer myself and have managed LARGE industrial projects, I was nervous in hiring anyone to re-side my house; however, I came to truly trust the Exterior Tech team and would definitely hire them again.

Walter and his team replaced my windows and installed hardie fiber cement siding. The place went from an eyesore to looking amazing in a week! Not only did they do quality work but at a VERY fair price compared to other companies I contacted. The other reason I highly recommend Walter and Exterior Tech is you can trust them. He always answered my calls and called me to make sure I was aware of everything happening in the time leading up to the work and during the work. You wont have to worry about giving your deposit to someone you found on the internet and not hearing from them again. There were some unforeseen problems they found after removing my old siding and they didnt make a big deal and try to charge me a bunch more money. They took care of the issues at only a minimal additional cost to me. Many companies would either cover up the problems like they weren't there or slam you with extra charges you didnt budget for. They removed Cyprus siding and replaced it with Hardy Board siding on the front of my house. Great job, my house looks amazing.

They were very well organized and did an excellent job. They were hard workers and even with some of the bad weather we had they were still on the job site. When they left the job site when the work was finished they did a perfect clean up. I would have him come back any time. He was called back multiple times to make sure there are no issues or problems that he needs to address.

Our experience with Exterior Tech was flawless. My condo association hired Exterior Tech to replace some neglected cedar siding, do some painting, and repair some deck railing around the complex. From the initial consultation to the final payment, Walter and his team were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I found them to be very honest and trustworthy as they had access to my home throughout the project. Very impress with the followup - Walter walked through the project to ensure all my expectations were met. He also helped me to deal with my insurance adjuster. He and his crew were respectful of my property while doing the work. He also always responded quickly and was willing to answer any questions I might have. Mr. Perez did such a great job on my siding repair that I also asked him to give me an estimate on replacing my roof as well. He did so and I hired him with no regrets. My siding looks great and now my roof does, too. He really understands the value of customer service.

From the beginning, the owner responded promptly to my request. Cant say that with the other two professionals. Also, the advice to discuss my damage with the insurance adjuster to obtain information about suppliers was dead on. My siding was difficult to match, and other quotes did not match and wanted me to consider vinyl instead of my 'original' aluminum siding! Best Choice Contractors(BCC) went over the damage later provided a quote and followed up on my progress with my insurance claim department. BCC ordered parts, they arrived timely, were neat and finished the job quickly and the results were outstanding. Top notch professionals.

The workmanship was outstanding. Each step of the project was explained, and then completed. I highly recommend Best Choice and will use them again if a project comes up.

I am not one to hire contractors unless I absolutely have to. I interacted with the owner of Best Choice on several occasions, before, during and after the job, and was always extremely pleased at his demeanor, courtesy and professionalism. You could tell the he cared about his reputation and the quality of his work. The only reason I marked down slightly for quality is part of the job was some interior drywall repair and although they did what I wanted, the quality of the blend-in with the existing ceiling texture was average to good but not great. The Roofing/Siding repair portion of job was great.

My original reason for hiring a contractor was to repair some underlament to the side of my house. Walter inspected the area and found that there was no reason to inact any repair. Just replace a kick board and seal it up. His honesty led me to offer the opportunity to submit an estimate to caulk my whole house. Walter's offer was very reasonable and signed with him to do the work. The work was performed within a week and completed in one full day. Later i had some concerns and Walter came right back out and made everything right. I will hire Walter. In the future.
