Description of Work: Was recommended by a friend of mine who used them during a home sale. Didn't want to pay the $400 my bank was going to charge for the inspection, so I used them. The guy, Joe, was knowledgeable about houses - they build, the type, the company that built mine, as well as the stuff important to the inspection. He knew a lot about my neighborhood, and I got to asking him how, thinking he was a Realtor too. Turns out he is also a licensed appraiser, so I asked him a lot of questions about home values, my house sale price, etc - he had great information relevant to my sale, and gave me some good tips. The inspection took just under three hours, so it was quite thorough and detailed. Thankfully, my house is in good shape, so nothing was reported, but I got the feeling like I could trust this guys opinion if there was something wrong. He didn't push any company on me to use, which was nice.
