They are the premier knowledgeable center for exercise equipment and for strengthening body core.  Gerald Greenspan is the most knowledgeable person in the city of Columbus on exercise, physical therapy, and muscle activation therapy.  I've had a great experience.  I've lost 40 lbs. and haven't had to go back to the back doctor.  Even put on some muscle!  They are the best in the area...no one compares!

I purchased a T-240 Bodyguard brand treadmill from Exercise Equipment Experts, and took the owner's advice as to model and brand. He (Jerry Greenspan) was courteous, professional, unhurried, and detailed in the information he provided -- first on the phone, and the next day in the store -- and I was impressed with his qualifications and expertise. Impressed, too, that Jerry did not try to sell me a more expensive machine than I wanted and needed. The treadmill was delivered a few days later, on schedule, and installed in my basement by equally courteous and expert guys. In sum, my experience with this company has been first-rate all around.

Great company to deal with. I dealt with Scott from the Lewis Center location and he was extremely helpful and friendly. The two gentlemen who delivered the bike were extremely friendly. Sadly the pulse reader was not working when we got it but Scott quickly arranged for this to be sorted out. The gentleman who came out to fix the bike was fantastic. He had to make two trips out because he needed to order parts after the initial assessment. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again. Very professional, friendly, and wanting to give you great customer service.

Chris and Marco installed my equipment. They arrived in the time frame promised, and completed the installation very professionally. They even allowed me to do the final positioning of the system, before the weights were installed. Then Chris reviewed maintenance, and showed me how to tighten the cables when they get loose (which will happen during the break in period). They gave me a contact name/number in case I need maintenance that is beyond my capability or if/when I move and need the equipment relocated. They did a great job, did no damage to my home, and took all of the packing materials with them. These guys are great! The nutrition consultations were great; they gave me a realistic plan that I could follow and grocery lists for stores, where I could find the recommended fat free items. I've been loosing a pound every other day on this plan. I start the personal training today (4 days after the install of my home equipment). My trainer Alison will do sessions when I have time.

ORIGINALLY WENT IN TO BY A WEIGHT SET FOR HOME, WHERE I WAS GOING TO BE WORKING WITH ANOTHER TRAINER. JERRY HAPPENED TO BE IN THE FITNESS EQUIPMENT SHOW ROOM, AND STARTED TALKING TO ME ABOUT MY GOALS. WENT HOME WITH MY WEIGHT SET, AND ALL HIS INFORMATION. AFTER READING THE INFORMATION, I WENT BACK FOR MORE INFORMATION, AND HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT WITH HIM FOR 8 MONTHS AND COUNTING. ALL OF THE TRAINERS HAVE DEGREES, IN ADDITION TO THE FITNESS CERTIFICATION. HIGHLY TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. THE TRAINERS ARE YOUNG AND FUN, BUT MAKE YOU WORK HARD. IN ADDITION, YOU CAN WORK OUT AT THEIR STUDIO AS PART OF YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING PRICE. BEFORE YOU DO TRAINING AT YOUR LOCAL GYM, OR SOMEONE THAT ''SAYS' THEY'RE A PERSONAL TRAINER, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHECK OUT THE PERSONAL TRAINERS HERE. MORE QUALITY, FOR THE SAME PRICE, OR LESS.

THESE GUYS REALLY, REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AND THE OWNER WILL TELL YOU SO. IF YOU DON'T GET THE IDEA FROM THE NEWSPAPER CLIPS HANGING ON THE WALL, HE'LL GIVE YOU A COPY TO TAKE HOME. IF YOU CAN STAND THE EGO/ATTITUDE, THEY HAVE TERRIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. I AM PLEASED WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND THE INSTALLATION.
