Tony came out to look at what I had, took measurements and said he would get back to me. He was right on time, very professional . Since it had been 6 years since I had the other areas done, it took him some time to find the product to match what I had, but he kept in contact with me so I knew he hadn't forgotten about me. He was able to find the product; contacted me today to get me the estimates. Since they did such a good job with the installation 6 years ago, I'm sure I will be using them to do this job.

This company was super from start to finish. When I called for an estimate, I was told that I would get a call later in the week to set up an appointment. I received the call and Josh arrived slightly early. He explained that he could cut out the defective piece of flooring and replace it with a leftover piece from the original job. Not only did I get an estimate, he completed the job during that appointment. The job was finished in less than an hour. The floor could not look better - it's perfect! Josh answered my questions but did not waste time with idle chat. Prior to hiring this company, I did local and Internet research about repairing laminate flooring. I paid $60 for a repair kit that didn't come close to a proper repair. Most information I obtained said that all the boards from the wall to the damaged board would have to be removed and likely the boards could not be reused. One Internet article stated that there are a few people who are able to replace only the damaged piece. It further stated that the person would have to be very skilled to do it correctly. I found that very skilled individual!

Helen, the designer/decorator in the office, helped me select the best flooring for my kitchen. I took in samples of my curtains and other colors in my house and she even helped me select the color to paint the walls. We had linoleum flooring installed in our kitchen and bathroom. Nick came out to measure the kitchen and because of the shape of our kitchen, we were going to have a lot of scrap leftover. Nick recommended using it for another room. So, for an extra $50, we were able to use the scrap linoleum in our bathroom. It was great!The installer, who's name escapes me, was great. He arrived within 30 minutes of his expected time. While he was here for almost 12 hours, his work was impeccable. I could not have asked for a better installation.

The price and product were very good. They didn't order the correct amount and had to come back. Mistakes happen, we understand. However, the installers were very late each time (2+ hours). We never received an apology or any compensation (discount) for our time and inconvenience.

overall great. told me it would be done in one day but really took two which i wasnt planning for. very pleasant guys. neat and clean. did excellent job. only thing left a bad taste was i had paid for 8 boxes of wood and they only used 6 1/2 and they wanted to take the remaining unopened box back without reimbursing. said that is how they always do it. but when i asked for it cuz they were paid for they didnt hesitate to give to me.

Nick responded promptly to our quote request. Nick was extremely personable and very easy to work with. This company performed all aspects of the work in a timely and professional manner. Nick was very willing to be flexible in coordinating the flooring work with our other contractors. We are very satisfied with our new true linoleum kitchen floor!

Everything went very well with with the installation of the new laminate flooring in our kitchen. We really enjoyed working with Nick DeVictor and Exclusively Floors and Cabinets. Both Nick and the installation crew were very professional. They did a great job with the installation. However, I wish they would have set up their say a little further from the side door as there ended up being a lot of dust on our side porch. Other than that all was great. Nick is absolutely great to work with.

Nick was a big help picking out the product and was very willing to line-item the price of the job so I knew where my money was going. I am very impressed with the work Nick and his crew performed. They delivered what was promised on time and on budget. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I feel I got more than my money s worth on this job and would not hesitate to work with Exclusively Floors again.

The sales people were very helpful. The carpet installer spent a considerable amount of time talking on the phone and nicked up the baseboards. He also did not clean up after himself. In the future, I'll go with another company to have this type of work done.

"IN REGARDS TO THIS REPORT WE STRIVE TO GET AN A RATING ON ALL JOBS THAT WE PERFORM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. WHEN WE RECEIVE A LESS THAN AN A RATING WE TAKE IT VERY SERIES IN THIS CASE THE B IN PRICE IS NOT THE CASE. THE ORIGINAL CARPET THAT WAS CHOSEN WAS A COST OF $1945.00 THE COLOR WAS NOT SATISFACTORY TO THE HOME OWNER. SO WE OFFERED TO REPLACE IT AT A COST OF $950.00. THIS WAS WHAT I THOUGHT WAS EXTREMELY FAIR, AND WELL BELOW OUR COST. MOST COMPANIES WOULD HAVE CHARGED THE ORIGINAL PRICE FOR A NEW PIECE OF CARPET OR WORSE OFF DONE NOTHING AT ALL. WE OFFER GUIDANCE TO PICK OUT A COLOR AND STYLE BUT ULTIMATELY THE HOME OWNER HAS TO MAKE THE DECISION. KEEP IN MIND THE SAMPLE ARE ABLE TO BE TAKEN TO THE HOME TO COMPARE WITH PAINT AND OTHER ROOM AND THE FIRST SELECTION WAS NOT. AS FAR AS THE B REVIEW IN THE QUALITY I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE HOME OWNER AND HE ASSURED ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT NEEDS FIXED OR LOOKS BAD. I OFFERED TO FIX ANY ISSUES HE HAS. AGAIN NO ISSUES. I DON'T FEEL THIS INSTALLATION WARRANTS A B GRADE. I JUST BELIEVE THAT EVEN THOUGH THIS HOME OWNER IS HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE FEELS WE COULD HAVE KEPT HIM FOR MAKING A MISTAKE WITH THE FIRST COLOR. WHAT ONE PERSON THINKS LOOKS GOOD ANOTHER MIGHT NOT. IT’S ALL BASED ON YOUR OWN LIKES AND DISLIKES."

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Nick DeVictor, provided knowledgeable support and information during the sales process. He offers a no-pressure experience and is very helpful in the material selection process. The two installers (Tony and Darcy) were very professional, courteous, and most importantly, competent. They took their time to do the job correctly. The result is a beautiful wood floor, excellently installed at a fair price. Nick's price was at least $1000 less, than other quotes we received. We would highly recommend Exclusively Floors, to anyone looking for hardwood flooring. (P.S. - just be aware that the process of removing an existing vinyl floor and underlayment is very messy and produces a large amount of fine wood dust). We were warned about this by Nick in advance, so that we could take some precautionary measures.

Work was completed on time and in a professional manner. They were very precise about their work. Cleaned up everything as they went. Were very considerate about tracking dirt into the house.
