Initially we checked Angie's list but were unsuccessful in identifying someone to help us with the window treatments. We then consulted our decorator at another company. She indicated they subcontract installation to Eric's firm. We contacted Eric and made arrangements for him to do the work. He arrived on time and was very professional. We think the work was excellent and priced fairly. The two of them spent about 2 hours working on the project. At the conclusion of the work, we asked Eric to look at all of the remaining window treatments and make any necessary adjustments. He did so and the work was at no additional charge. He also noticed that one of the blinds in the lower level needed repair and mentioned the blind had a lifetime warranty. He made arrangements to have this repaired at no charge. He also noticed that the window treatments in one room contained monofilament line that had broken in several areas. He provided us with an estimate to have these repaired and we are scheduled to have this done. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend Eric and his firm to anyone needing assistance with installation of window treatments.
