Austin and Randy are very nice people, they have integrity and they did an excellent job! I will definitely call them in the future when, not if, I need help in the future!

We replaced 2 water heaters in our basement. Austin was quick to respond to service request and gave an estimate the next day. Both Austin and Randy explained details of the project, there were no hidden costs and work was done thoroughly, neatly and on time. Fees were very reasonable--this was an all day job. Austin took care of all the details with the county inspections and left us with nothing to worry about. I will use ERA Plumbing again and have already recommended them to a friend.

They were quick to respond. They were friendly. They were patient with my questions. I had hot water within 24 hours of my initial call. Does not get better than that.

I called on a Sunday regarding a hot water tank that was leaking. Even though they couldnâ t replace it that day Austin came over and disconnected the faulty tank to make sure there was no more water leaking. He came back early the next morning with a new tank to replace the old one. He was very customer service oriented.

Owners Austin and Randy came out same day (which I did not expect) to fix my kitchen faucet and dishwasher. They respectively wore masks without me requesting that they do so. They provided fantastic, timely and professional service while going out of their way to exhaust all cost saving options. Great company to hire for your plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Friendly and honest

They were fast to come out.

They showed -up on time. They solved the challenging problem of fitting a water heater into very close quarters . And did it very well. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Very honest

Showed up on time as promised to fix a leaky faucet in a bathroom. Very reasonably priced and most important they show up when they promise.

ERA did an excellent job. I contacted them and they came out within 30 minutes to look at my problem and give me an estimate. They were able to install my new hot water tank the next day. They arrived on time and put down plastic runners over my carpet to protect it. They installed the new tank, expansion tank, and drip pan and did an excellent job. Randy Eaton was great to deal with and I would recommend ERA and use them again if needed.
