THEY RAN A COUPON SPECIAL THAT WAS INCREDIBLY LOW BUT THEN CAME INTO OUR HOME AND GAVE A VERY HARD SELL FOR EXTRA SERVICES. A BILL THAT WE EXPECTED TO BE $140 WAS INSTEAD ALMOST $900. THEY DID AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS FOR $700. THEY DID TRY TO APPEASE ME AFTER THE EXPERIENCE WITH A FREE FURNACE FILTER ($80) AND A FREE RUG CLEANING (APPROX $12) BUT DID LITTLE TO ADDRESS THE LARGE INCREASE FROM THE ADVERTISED SPECIAL. THEY ONLY OFFERED THESE AFTER I INFORMED THEM I WAS AN ANGIE''S LIST MEMBER.

THE PARTICULAR PERSON I HAD WAS EXPERIENCED AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE WENT OVER ANY AREAS OR SPOTS THAT I ASKED HIM TO. HE ASKED ME TO LOOK AT EACH AREA (ROOM) AS HE FINISHED IT TO SEE IF IT MET WITH MY APPROVAL.

THEIR PRICES WERE LESS THAN HALF OF EVERYBODY ELSE. EXPECT TO BE SOLICITED FOR OTHER THINGS, BUT OTHERWISE HAPPY. THEY SEEMED TO DO A GOOD JOB.
