The work was fine. This is a very busy shop and I had to wait two weeks for the repairs to be done. I found equally good work at a repair shop closer to home. Better parking, shorter wait time. Did find, after the fact that a Groupon was available.

This is the best shoe repair place in town. Besides and incredibly reasonable price the repair I needed was not easy and the guy there said he would do his best and the reality is the repair was perfect.
It is clear they take serious pride in their craftsmanship and don't over charge.

If you've purchased good quality shoes, more than likely they were not cheap ($150-$350). If you're like me taking care of them is important. I took a new pair of dress shoes in to have soles and taps put on before I wore them. This always helps to preserve them with wear and tear. When they wear out, just have them replaced again and they will be like new and last for a very long time. When I dropped them off, I was greeted by a gentleman named Zac who was very friendly and helpful. He then introduced me to the owner, Farruhk, who was genuinely pleasant and friendly, as well. When I returned to pick them up I found the quality to be very good. I was pleased with the result. Their location can be a little off-putting due to the location of 5th and North High, but don't allow this to dissuade you as the quality of service and their demeanor is really what matters (to me at least).

These guys are terrific. They're fast, they're priced right -- and if it isn't exactly right the first time around they give it another go -- at no additional charge, and cheerfully! My worn-in sandals are in one piece again and just as comfortable as they every were. Thanks, Enchanted Shoe Repair!

Great! They look almost new. The soles look like they did when I bought them.

I had a pair of very small, black children's shoes that belonged to my father and wanted them "spiffed up" in order to give them to my son as a keepsake. When I went in the shop I was greeted immediately and the young man I talked with seemed to understand exactly what I had in mind: reconditioning the existing leather, but not adding new leather to places that were worn, as this would look inappropriate on a pair of shoes that are over 100 years old. When I picked up the shoes, I was very pleased with the result . The leather had been reconditioned and worn places had been gently polished to blend in with the existing leather. I feel this employee of the shop treated our family treasure with respect and care. ( I have had other work done there a couple of years ago and was equally pleased.)

They are amazing. They have a very quick turn around. They do very good work. They are as good as new and they double the shoe's life. I plan to use them again.
