Embroidery Design Group

They told me the cost would be 6.00 per garment. When I picked up the garments they attached a $50.00 charge for logo work. When I questioned the charge I was told that they had to do work on the existing logo...and did I expect them to do it for free? II was never told there would be ANY charge for change of artwork, but realizing that this must have been a HUGE amount of work, because of their moaning, I agreed to pay half of the charge. I returned to the store to pick up a remaining garment only to be affronted by yet another employee that quickly asserted that I owed them $25.00. I chose to take the high road and pay the $25.00. The owner never spoke with me and I'm assuming doesn't care enough to get involved in situations. I have been a customer here for years, but will go to the embroider in Westerville that seems to care. I might add that a few years back I thought the i looked like an L because they didn't leave enough space and the response I got then was...hmmm. Guess it's actually my bad to keep going back. Customer satisfaction is not their strong suit.
