The guys were hard workers but caused so much damage. They tore the flooring in my laundry room and didn’t even tell me. Can’t get anyone from the company management to help resolve either. If you use them hope nothing breaks. My move was August 2022. It’s now April 2023 and still my floor is tore up

Everything went well. There were a few cups,and vases that got broken. I thought that they would reassemble items, my bed was but the mirror was not reattached and my table in the basement was not put together. Otherwise they did a very good job.

Excellent work. Very pleased.

Charlie, Brian, and Evan were amazing! They were on time, worked fast and had fun. This was our 5th move and we will always use EkoMoves. These guys are the best we've ever worked with!

(Employees) were polite and quickly wrapped chairs/couch and loaded all furnishings. (Employees) were polite, clean & friendly. Lee did an excellent job keeping in touch with me during the route.

Let me just say, you don't know how much stuff you have until you have to move. We needed help with moving across town and I'm glad I went with EkoMovers. They made the stressful moving process a breeze for which I'm thankful. The movers were friendly and courteous. They also worked very diligently. I'll definitely use these guys again.

My roommates and I needed a moving company to assist us when we switched apartments. After looking up some local moving companies, I came across EkoMovers out of Cincinnati. I spoke with Aaron, who was very professional and knowledgeable, he also gave me good advice on how to approach our move. We decided to go with EkoMovers and got an excellent deal when compared to other moving companies. On the moving day, a crew of three guys came on time and they were all very professional and friendly. I specially appreciated the way the worked together efficiently. They packed, loaded and unloaded all of our stuff and delivered it safely. They also helped us put together some of our bulky furniture such as the beds and the dressers. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of moving. It was one less thing we had to do ourselves.

I liked that they were able to get a truck to me with little notice. I also appreciated the flexibility as I was not able to give an accurate list of what I wanted moved in advance on short notice. We all agreed to the hourly price and they were willing to come and just get done whatever we could in a day and charge accordingly. The men that came were nice people and hard working as well as flexible. I was not impressed that their truck was not well equipped with moving supplies and, in fact, I personally supplied the needed saran wrap to put around dressers and such. They did not have a dolly to move a garage fridge, so my husband had to help them and it was not a safe situation. I was impressed with how personable the men were and I was impressed with how strong and careful they were. They really did a good job with what they had to work with. At the end of a long day, they presented the paperwork to my husband who signed Off that there was "no damage" and paid the bill. Of course, he didn't see the giant, deep scratch in the top of the marble dining room table that I saw when it happened. And neither of us saw the deep gouge in the banister that had been professionally refinished shortly before the move. We noticed that about an hour after the crew left. I called the company within 2 days after the move to let them know. I took pictures of both damages and sent those pictures. I told them that I would "forgive" the marble table, but that I had to fix the banister and that it was $100 fix. The company did not seem to be interested in helping me. Several days went by after a handful of communications and I tried again. I should not have to work that hard to get resolution. I am not impressed. The company should have been more interested in helping me solve the problem rather than make me call and write multiple times. In the end, I had to pay for the $100 fix and was offered nothing to make it right. I still have a very deep scratch in my dining room table, which I was willing to forgive since it is an unbelievably heavy table and the crew was nice. But now see it every day as a reminder that Eco Movers didn't bother to take care of a customer.

Two very nice young men showed up and were very helpful with the move.  The experience was really pleasant.  On the other end, when they dropped the big tv off at my brother's home, he shared that he had a nice experience as well.

Randy and Alonzo arrived early, after calling me to let me know they were a little ahead of schedule.We chatted for a moment about what was where to be loaded, and where it would go when it came off the truck. The relatively few items we needed them to deal with were quickly and safely loaded on the truck. They took great care to handle each piece with caution, making sure nothing was broken or scratched.
Once at the apartment, they cleared the easier items from the truck then went to work on the freezer and the futon. The freezer was a struggle because of its weight and chunky shape. It was whipped into shape and wrangled into place in excellent time. The futon ultimately had to be partially taken apart to get it in, and it was quickly (and correctly) reassembled in moments.
When everything was in place, we settled up. EkoMovers' prices are more than fair for the high quality of service provided. I received the discount from their Angie's List promotion with no hassle at all. I will most definitely be calling Eko again if I need to move.
