EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS

Worst. Delivery. Experience. EVER. They tried to deliver this to my house, in a gated community. One of the gates was out of order, and the driver called me to let him in, since he was at the main gate. I went to the main gate, no delivery person. I called the company, they told me to "wait there, he'll meet you in two minutes." Keep in mind this is December, so it's a bit chilly outside. Ten minutes later, I call THEM back to ask where my delivery was. I was told the delivery person was there and I was not looking hard enough for him. This, when I am standing in a ten-spot parking lot. Right. So I stand in the cold for another 5 minutes, and call back again, to be told that the driver had called in to report the delivery. While I attempt to cancel the delivery and person at the store tells me I have been delivered to, the van pulls up and the driver hands me the box, says "here," and drives away.
