They were prompt, professional, and responsive. We have not had to use this type of service before so I'm not sure how they compare on price. The cost seemed a little high but we were not surprised by that since they came out on an emergency basis and their equipment was in our building for 48 hours.

Lifesavers. Bad storm meant everyone on my street had water issues. I was the only one able to get someone on-site ASAP with ECO services. They even helped out my neighbor while they were there. Extremely friendly and easy to work with.

They were able to respond the night a big storm that caused flooding throughout the area. All the employees were pleasant and professional. The clean-up went smoothly from the initial water removal though the final cleanings. we would recommend the company to anyone in need.

Shawn and his team were quick to respond to failed sump pump and flossed basement. They were professional and hard working through the whole process. I recommended them to my brother when his failed they were 5 stars across the board!

The replaced boards, and insulation that the mold was on. They replaced dry wall, and other places that need dry wall repair. They sanded it, and painted it. They went above and beyond exceptions. They put a cabinet back up that was taken down by me so another company could move a large item in my home. I had a picture covering a hole, and they repaired the hole for me. They painted the trim, and baseboards. They were very helpful. There were a lot of things that I could not do, and they help me beyond measure. They are friendly, and very professional. I would recommend them to others.

I spoke with Chris Fisher initially who came out to assess the damage and what equipment was needed. He was very professional, prompt, and attentive to detail. He was the one called the team in to fix the situation. The water had leaked down through the first floor into the basement. Sean came with his team to set up the fans and dehumidifiers. He also was very professional. I was extremely impressed that he followed up each day after they put the equipment in to see how the moisture was and the progress. The last person I dealt with was Josh Greene. He led a small team to do the vinyl floor repair and other minor repairs the water damage caused. As Chris and Sean were, he was professional and responsive. I would highly recommend ECO Disaster Services as they were very honest, prompt, and hard working people.

Let me first start by saying thank you to ECO for such an awesome job!!! I came home to find my sump pump had stopped working. All the rain water had backed up into the home theater portion of my basement and soaked all my carpet. Never going through this experience I was very apprehensive about who to call. I hate not knowing a company and just going off of google, but that's just what I did. Honestly I felt like I had no choice. After looking over their website and speaking with ****** on the phone I could tell they were extremely experienced and professional. On an emergency call they showed up in less than 2 hours. Extracted all of the water from my carpet and left behind 5 blowers to ensure the floor would dry and mold would not be an issue in the drywall. I am truly amazed by how great of a job this company did for me and just wanted to let anyone know who is hesitant I highly recommend them. Thanks again ECO I'm not the easiest man to impress.

I would highly recommend Eco Disaster! They arrived in less than an hour..and we called on a Sunday. Curtis was professional, friendly and intelligent. He was also sympathetic and listened to my ranting about the sewer backing up! He was thorough and explained each step of the procedure. It was so nice to call a company, have them show up early, and leave the house better than when they arrived!

I am so pleased with the services, I received. Eco Disaster went over and beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail was so impressive and most of all, the best customer service!! They helped put my life back in order after enduring such an ordeal. I would certainly without a doubt utilize their services again!!
