This is a wonderful practice with caring office staff, techs, groomer, and vets. They are kind but straight-forward about treatment options, costs, and outcomes. When unusual situations come up, they research to find more information. Gentle groomer, patient techs, and well-informed vets. Thank you.

They are very professional. They have two vets there. They have always got me in right away when I've had an emergency. They are really good with the animals. You do always have to wait awhile. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was excellent as always.  I have gone to them for years and they treat both of my cats very well.  My older cat is one of those cats that turns into the devil himself whenever he is at the vet's office and has been like that ever since I adopted him at a few months of age.  They are very patient with him as he verbally threatens them entire time that he is there.  They will always go the extra mile to answer a question or get me in when one of them is sick.  I think that the entire office staff are wonderful with my boys.

What really prompted me to write this reveiw is that I happened to see a write-up in the Jan 2015 Angie's List Monthly booklet under Member Complaints. I was stunned to see a member complaint against Easton Animal Hospital! Frankly, Angie's List should do some research before publishing complaints because in this instance, the way it reads, the pet's owner was incompetent in the care of the dog and made uninformed assumptions about how the vet cared for it.
We have been clients of Easton Animal Hospital for over 10 years - since before most of the current staff was there. And from that time until the present, we have never been treated with anything but professionalism - and most importantly, compassion and love for our two cats and dog. Whenever we have had treatment or an overnight stay, the staff has called us when they said they would, provided multiple options and showed obvious care and concern for us and for our pets.
We have been to other vets and felt like we were someone to pay the bill, not someone they cared about once we left the facility. The vets and the vet techs at Easton, including the groomer, Allison, are all fabulous with our pets and with us. While it can get expensive, the staff at Easton Animal Hospital makes it worth every penny to keep our pets healthy and happy. We can't say enough about how much we love the staff and we recommend them for every kind of pet and any need they may have!!

Dr Olson and staff were very attentive, professional and caring. They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment. That day and thoroughly explained our pet's condition and treatment in a clear and kind way. Followed up with us a couple days later to see how our pet was doing!

Dr Olsen and the staff at Easton Animal Hospital have always given my animals the best care. They are so kind and compassionate through any medical issues. The groomer always gives my kitties extra attention, even when they are naughty. I will only come here for my vet needs.

The veterinarians are extremely professional. The vet techs and office staff treat you like you have been their friend for years. They are respectful and really seem like they care. I lost a pet awhile back and they jumped through hoops to try to save her life. I would recommend to anyone in the area to use them. Their facility is always clean and it seems cleaner than hospital. They are very responsive. If I could get the same response from the VA that I do from Easton Animal Hospital, I would be extremely happy.

Greeted, quickly taken care of  and they asked about the health of  the other dogs. Very pleasant.

The services were provided in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. You can tell that they really care about my dog.

When I went to pick up my dogs medication, I had asked if they could also clip my dogs nails, they quoted me $17.  I asked them if they could do it for $5, just this one time.  They refused to do it.  Ive been going there for a long time. I am disabled and that's why I wanted them to do this this one time, I have fibromyalgia which effects the muscles, and I didn't trust myself to clip my dogs nails.

The vet is fine, its the staff up front that I don't like.  They're very rude. They don't care if you have a problem or not, they're not willing to work with you.

I thought the price was fair.  The staff and the vets are great.  They spend time with you and are very nice.

As always the visits went very well. The vets and the staff have always been very effective and helpful.

Our last visit was for some shots. They take good care of the dogs. I don’t really have any complaints that I can think of. I have not looked around because I am perfectly happy with the service there. I have had two different dogs, and they have taken care of both of them in really routine things as well as very serious things. They have done what I have needed them to do under both those circumstances. I have not done a comparison, so it is kind of hard to say, but their prices seem average. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They were very nice and gentle with the cat. They took two x-rays and gave her medicine. I was very pleasantly surprised by their price.
