They arrived 30 minutes late with no explanation. When they arrived they asked for trash bags and got right to work. We paid for 4 man hours. A team of 2 people showed up. No complaints about their work.

They often sent a new crew each week that didn't speak English and didn't follow directions. When they broke things, they were not willing to acknowledge it. During the last month, expensive items went missing. The owner's response was very unprofessional.

It was okay. I am not going to use them again. They are expensive. Now I buy stuff and clean the house myself because this company I used, I paid them $160 and they didn't clean it well.

It's not that they did a terrible job but my biggest issue was that they didn't wash the floor with soap and water. They sprayed some kind of spray and wiped the floor out of the front door and they're done. That's why they never come back. I want my floor washed. Everybody did a pretty good job. They kept telling me it was only $99 and they didn't have to do certain things. The girl was on the phone 90% of the time she was here. I had to show them the coupon and show them what was included in the coupon to do things.

It was fair. He was willing to clean out the garage but the machine that he had broke. The pressure washer broke and he wasn't able to finish using it. He finished it by hand but I'm sure it would be better if he had the machine. He moved everything out and cleared the stuff. That part was good. The price was a great deal. He changed the date only once which wasn't bad. He came in a timely fashion. His punctuality was good. It was nice if he would have said that he would come back when he gets his machine fixed.
