They do an excellent job every time, are easy to work with, and are very responsive. They come right out if we have questions on anything and we would highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again.

Eagle is an extraordinary family-owned and managed business. They did a major buildout of my basement. They are consummate professionals and their work is top-notch. All subcontractors in their circle are outstanding. Finished on-time and on-budget. They were truly a delight to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Eagle did an excellent job on our kitchen. We recommend them highly. Scott, Shannon and Mike were the team members who worked on our project. Scott had a great vision for how our kitchen could look and made wonderful suggestions. For example, he suggested that we enlarge the window over the sink, something that never would have occurred to us. He was right! It looks great! He made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns. Shannon provided guidance throughout the entire process, assisting in the selection of granite, hardware, cabinets, sink, faucet, backsplash, etc. We had never done such a big project and Shannon was available in person or by email to guide us and made excellent suggestions to ensure that our kitchen decor would look great. Mike was the person who actually did all of the work on our project. He was always on time, left the work area spotless each night and always kept me informed regarding the project process. Mike is a perfectionist and very talented at remodeling work. He did an outstanding job. Eagle brought in other companies to do electric work, HVAC, plumbing and flooring. Those companies did a fine job, as well, and were very polite and professional.

I like them a lot and I would have them back to do anything I needed done. They were very nice to be around and they were very trustworthy.

Tom and Scott along with their employees (Clare, Tim, Myron, Howard, TomIII) and sub-contractors are extremely skilled, professional, courteous, and friendly. Being fairly picky, I had lots of questions and preferences which they each and every time listened to, took the time to offer experienced options and suggestions, and then proceeded to go with whatever I decided. All are craftspeople who take pride in their work, and it shows. Tim did all of the finish work which was excellent. He goes the extra mile to make sure the customer gets the end result he/she is envisioning.
My only suggestion would be that Eagle's standard operating procedures or communication practices be tightened up somewhat since it wasn’t always clear who would be doing what / when. (but maybe that’s the way all construction projects go) At any rate, Eagle is “good people”, very skilled, a pleasure to work with, and did a beautiful job on my kitchen.

It was at least 4 months since the time I signed the contract to the actual first nail being hammered home. One excuse after another. Calls were not returned. Finally when the project was completed, we had a roof leak. Again, no return calls or definitive time when they would come out. It took them at least 2 months to nail down the leak, most due to putting me off time and time again. I just went through all of my emails to them and was shocked how many times I begged for them to come out and fix the roof.
What has prompted me to write this poor review were the down spout issues. This was the last straw. The downspouts running across part of the addition were made exactly parallel and level to the ground which as anyone knows, water will no flow. So now the water comes out of the seam between the elbow and level part of the downspout. It puddles horribly in our yard where we walk. We had a sheet of ice there in the winter. I've left 3 messages with promises that when the weather gets better they would be out. It's April and still an issue. I'm done with contacting them and I'll fix it myself. If you hire this company, don't expect to get things done on time and any corrective issues will NOT be dealt with in a timely manner or at all.

They came and got the job done. They did a nice job! There were two guys and they were here probably at least four days for getting all the work done. I remember doing some extra wood trim work above and beyond what was called for in the contract and he didn't consider it a big deal because he loved working wood. They put down new linoleum flooring over the old. It wasn't any big deal. I would have preferred that they have taken the old linoleum off which they didn't do but that was neither here nor there; it was fine. They also installed bathroom cabinet. The quality was fine, workmanship was great! They kept track of things and I don't remember any issues with them not being here. They were extremely professional.

It was one of the best investments we hae made. It is a joy. They did a great job and has made life so much easier. We used them in the past and decided to use them again because of their work ethic. And the whole experience was pleasant. They clean up is good and they do what they stae they are going to do in a timely manner. They put the laundry upstairs from part of a bathroom and remodeled a bathroom. They also installed 2 pocket doors and the laundry has a bi fold door. They also constructed walls to make complete rooms. They do great work, we have used them in the past. Their designs and craftsmanship is impeccable. You can call them with an issue and they show up immediately to resolvce that issue.

I was very pleased with them.

They did good work. They had first told us that our existing furnace would heat our room, and then they found out differently and we did have to buy another heater for that space. I'd suggest to anyone using them, if they have a home built after 2000 and they're going to add on a room, that the heating system would heat the additional room. I do wish they would've figured that out first, as we did have to pay more than we'd expected.

They did a good job. They were at my house for a days and they were gone for a week and they were in again and I didn't like that. They accommodated our wishes. The workers were all really nice, friendly and very respectful. There was some confusion over the cost of the project. I will not use them again.

I thought their people were very professional and reliable. If they said they were coming out at a certain time, they were always here. Usually, they would just send one person in to do the work. They are there for a few days. They sent two people in because I think they had a man who had finished the job he was on. So, they sent him in to help Tom, the guy who was doing the work. Anyhow, I found them to be very good. If I had a problem with anything which I had a couple of small problems, they sent somebody out to fix it right away. I thought their price was expensive, but to redo bathrooms especially if you are having tiles done, it is expensive. So, I would say the price was reasonable.

When we started on this project we had several family members and friends who told us horror stories about remodeling and companies who wouldn't show up for days and weeks at a time. We weren't sure what to expect so you can imagine our relief and delight when Eagle did everything they said they would do from the get go. They started when they said they would, they checked in with us and kept us informed on a regular basis. We had workmen in our home everyday. In fact, there were days we had 4 or 5 workmen here at once. In the meantime, Clare was coordinating the materials and helping us make the best choices for our taste and space. My husband in an engineer and he is particular about how the work is done. Eagle did the work to his specifications and beyond. Last year we scheduled a vacation for a week that fell into the remodeling. We had worked with Eagle long enough at that point to have no reservations whatsoever about leaving our house in their hands. One of our friends commented, and quot;I'll bet they didn't do much work while you were gone.and quot; To the contrary, our neighbors reported that there were 3 and 4 trucks in our driveway everyday while we were gone and we were impressed by the change when we got home. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and the quality of the work that was done by Eagle Specialty Remodeling. We're not exaggerating when we say that our experience couldn't have gone better. Will we use them again? Absolutely!

Three contractors were interviewed for the job and Eagle listened to our needs and desires better than the other contractors and worked within our budget. Their design provided the most usable space for our kitchen. We had several unique issues with our kitchen and their design solved all of them. Their estimate on both the budget and the time of completion were right on. Even though we lost power for part of the project they immediately returned as soon as we had power back. There were no major issues during the remodel but what small items did come up were dealt with quickly and resolved with 100% satisfaction. I would definitely use Eagle again on another home project. Tom and his group are true professionals with a goal of complete customer satisfaction.

The profect was actually two years in the making. I got my first estimate in 2010, and at the time we couldn't afford to do all that we wanted done. So, we had our cabinets refinished and installed a new counter top and fixtures. (this was not done by Eagle.) I kind of wish we'd waited to do it all at once, but we managed to match everything with the 2 year old counters and faucets during this remodel.

This time I finished the project exactly the way I pictured. I think it is important to shop around and look at lots of displays before you begin a project so you have a fairly clear idea of what you want. I had time to do that and when we started this year, I was ready. That made it much easier. Clare and Scott helped make suggestions to enhance what I had in mind. That was the 'icing' on the cake!
We actually started the project intending to do just the master bathroom, but once we started and I saw how fantastic it looked, I felt we had to do tile and other updates in the hall bathroom. So we had Eagle change the fixtures in the hall bath, and tile the floor, and install new hardware. We did not replace the vanity or sink in this bathroom either.
Everyone has individual tastes and needs. Eagle Specialty remodeling keeps that in mind and really caters to you.. They listened to what I wanted, they made great suggestions to enhance those ideas and through collaboration, we got 2 gorgeous 'new' bathrooms. I highly recommend this company!

Eagle Specialty Remodeling did a fantastic job on our project Myron did most of the work himself and his craftmanship is second to none. His attention to detail was superb. If there was anything not to our satisfaction, Myron would stop and make it right. Myron was a pleasure to work with. Our only complaint was at the end of the project when Scott, one of the owners, presented us with a bill almost $10,000.00 over the original bid. We did have them do some additional things that were not on their quote, but thought their charge for these items was excsessive . They agreed to take $3000.00 of this charge off the bill because it was for the ceramic floor that was already in the original bid. We paid the additional bill because we realize they had extra time involved in our project. They tried very hard to please us and the result is beautiful. We would recommend them, but would caution anyone using their services to be sure and get a firm price for any work being performed to avoid extra charges at the end.

We had them tear everything out, down to the studs and plumbing. New cabinets, hard wood floors throughout the kitchen and entry hall, cam lighting inset into the ceiling, new trim, new sinks, toilet, appliances. they added an incredible back splash that really compliments the cabinets and ties the floor and the cabinets together. Even the detail of personally bringing over cabinet door knobs that would work with our scheme!!!They had a timely and helpful response to our request for drawings and quotes. Other companies we had contacted and requested quotes from did not even bother to respond to us.We had several visits to their office to help give us ideas of cabinet styles and flooring options and anything else we needed assistance with.They walked us through the entire process and 100% delivered on their quote and on the quality of craftmanship!!! There were no hidden or added costs and there were no surprises. I would use them again in a heartbeat to have any remodeling work done in my home!!
