Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

I've been having Duncan come out every year for many years to clean my gutters! He does an excellent job at a very fair price!

Showed up when he said, did what I asked quickly for exactly the very reasonable amount of money agreed on. I highly recommend him.

Duncan was great to work with and timely. He even cleaned out a dryer vent that was clogged! I would recommend his services to others and will have him back next year!

They did an excellent job, are reliable, responsive, and clean up after themselves. They are very efficient and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely hire them again.

We had a gutter blockage that was causing water to sheet down the side of the house and ultimately it started to come in at a window (need mortar people next). Called around 7:30am, and he responded by 8am. He was able to come out the same morning and do a look over and clean out. He also trimmed back an overhanging tree so it wouldn't add to our problems. With all the rain we're expecting, this was a huge help - the responsiveness was amazing.

Spoke with Duncan on Friday, he was able to ad me to his schedule for Saturday. Called when he was on his way, Their work was great, efficient and worth the price. They are great to work with accommodating.

The entire experience from the initial call through completion was a good one. Duncan and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. They trimmed tree branches overhanging the roof, removed buckets and buckets of “compost,” cleaned the gutters, and carted away all the trimmings.

He came by when I was a work and left me an invoice with a note indicating gutters were cleared with no issues.

Great as usual!!! I contacted Duncan for cleaning our gutters and he responded the same night and put us on the list. He was was able to come out in a little over a week and did an exceptional job. He is kind and conscientious and is very fair with his price which varies depending on your home and the extent of the job. I highly recommend him.

He's wonderful! Easy to work with, precise, very pleasant, has been always predictable, courteous, very honest and he has your back.

Duncan came by to do an estimate and had some time to complete the job. Since the price was reasonable, I had him go ahead and do the work. He cleaned the debris from the gutter toppers and hauled it all away. There were some tree branches brushing the roof so he also trimmed those. I'm very pleased with the job and will be hiring him again.

They responded the same day to my request for a quote and performed the work yesterday, which was much quicker than I expected. They stayed in touch so I knew when to expect them. They were friendly and professional and I high,y recommend them.

I have used Duncan before and he is a total professional. He returns calls, comes when promised and does an excellent job at a more than fair price. He is also a nice guy.

I've been using Duncan's service for over 5 years now and he always does a good job. I have a large Silver maple that drops seed pods in the spring, so I have him come 2X per year (Spring and Fall). He's always responsive after being contacted and the cost is reasonable.

They were very punctual and professional. Would have preferred a telephone number to call to finalize arrangements versus only responding via email. However, overall, the service and price was very reasonable.

Duncan returns calls, arrives when promised, and does a great job.

I have used Duncan many times. I contacted him, he came and cleaned the gutters and left the invoice. I love it that i don't have to be at home. The next day it rained and I noted one area that still was leaking. Duncan came back and took care of that -- no charge :):)

His price was too high and i wouldn't use him again; we had some trouble in understanding each other; i asked him about the gutters and downspout, he said that he already did the gutters, what he could do; but we had some doubts on his work. We just didn't work together well.

They were responsive and good.

Mr. Duncan Campbell cleaned gutters around two story house, and also pounded in several loose nails in gutters. House has gutter screens, which some companies will not do or will charge extra. No extra charge here. Very efficient and thorough. Have used him many times in past and will use again in future.

Came out with one other guy who got on the roof over garage. I was impressed that they hooked up the hose and hosed out the gutter over our garage. That was a nice extra that they didn’t need to do but was appreciated. However, they missed at least one gutter/downspout that I’m aware of. Had to call them back out a week later as it was overflowing. He did respond right away and apologize for the missed gutter. No ladders were used for upper levels so not sure if those got done or not. I would think for $100+ (original estimate was $125), they’d at least walk around the entire house. Overall, I was a little disappointed.
