Mr Garrard came to my house as promised and immediately began to work on a faulty shut off valve and a damaged kitchen sink faucet, He repaired both items in an expedient professional manner. I was very pleased with both the result and his expertise.

Eddy showed up as promised and did the job requested.

They were very helpful coordinating with the city in getting a faulty water cutoff at the curb replaced as needed for this repair.

Called Drains N Pipes our for a leaking pipe.   They came out, re-tapes and bonded the threading and hooked pipe back up.  The pipe continues to leak, however they have assured me that since I have paid for the repair of the pipe, they will come back as long as it takes to ensure that the leaking of the pipe is taken care of at no additional cost.

The appointment was  kept as we set it up.

An old faucet was removed and a new one was put it in. New valves under the sink were replaced as requested.

Once the work was done, Everything was cleaned up and we completed the transaction,

In that time, I have only had to call them back for one issue. And when I place the follow up, there was no hassle and it was corrected on the same day.

We purchased a new kitchen faucet because our old one was very leaky.  We didn't want to install it ourselves because the connections were very old and we didn't want to risk damage.  The price was a bit high, but Eddie completed the work quickly and did a great job.

Eddie has worked on several properties for me. The most recent was a HUD property I purchased after it had been vacant for two winters. Eddie diagnosed the problems for me before the purchase and provided an accurate estimate of the cost of repairs.
