DON MILLER MASONRY INC

Don Miller Masonry had performed other repairs around our home previously, and we were happy with the work. However, this time the work seemed to have been done poorly, and in haste. The repair began to crumble away within a few weeks of being performed. It seemed as if the company didn't care about what they were doing.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to use on the bricks. They worked well with another contractor that was here. His price was fair in comparison to other bids.

I was and am please. Don Miller and his team were amazing to work with. I would hire them in a flash. He is so honest and trustworthy, reliable and a great guy. Don sounded so trustworthy on the phone and in person. He kept assuring me how happy I would be with the job. And I was! I guess the only thing was that there are a few small chips in the sills. But this is minor. Some of the frames were deteriorating as well. Hence, my new project of getting window replacement estimates. Hire them! They are fast, efficient, great and inexpensive.

If you want your chimney done quick, If you mail in the contract sign that night you get in the doorwith your name on seal envelope go for it. Don MIller Masonry inc. got the So-done before the rain winds of the next day come. Thanks again. Don Miller Masonry for a finish job well done.

They were very responsive and timely and did excellent work. Cleaned up very well.

HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN HE CAME OUT TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE AND HE OFFERED GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR OTHER WORK AS WELL. HE SEEMED TO BE VERY HONEST AND SHOWED ME A COUPLE OF SPOTS ON THE BRICK THAT MIGHT NEED ATTENTION IN THE FUTURE, BUT THAT WERE OKAY FOR NOW. HE WAS QUICK TO GET THE QUOTE TO US AND SENT SOMEONE OUT FOR THE JOB VERY QUICKLY.

WORK WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE, HOWEVER, ACTUALLY MAKING THE APPOINTMENT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH. CELL PHONE PHASED IN AND OUT OF SERVICE AND MR. MILLER WAS EXTREMELY NONCOMMITTAL ABOUT APPOINTMENTS. I ENDED UP WAITING AROUND FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT HE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR, BECAUSE WE HAD A MISCOMMUNICATION. COMPANY IS GOOD AND WORTH HIRING, HOWEVER, BE VERY FIRM ON THE PHONE AND GET REPEATED PROMISES OF WHEN HIS WORKERS WILL SHOW UP.

WE FOUND THE WORK TO BE SLOPPY, INCOMPLETE AND GENERALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WHEN WE REQUESTED THAT IT BE FIXED, THE COMPANY WAS RUDE AND BELLIGERENT. IN THE END, WE HAD TO HIRE A SECOND MASON TO COME IN AND FIX WHAT THIS COMPANY HAD DONE.

WORKERS LEFT SOME MESSY AREAS. WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MASONRY TO CURE, THEN USE ACID IN 6 MONTHS TO CLEAN UP. ALSO, MISSED SOME CRACKS. DON CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS ON THE SECOND VISIT.
