+ -1 moreI purchased a big deal for brake change. They looked at my breakpads and said they did not need a change. Did not have any kind of normal waiting room, just a dirty couch off the garage. 2 months later my brakes started grinding and paid a lot more money at the dealer.
Description of Work: Did not use this big deal I purchased. Merchant refunded purchase price.

+ -1 moreIt went pretty well. It was a good value. The only problem was they had to send out for parts and it took a little longer than what I expected but as far as the actual result that I got, I think it was pretty good. It was a new location so it was a little bit difficult to find.

+ 0 moreOverall, we were very pleased with the work on our 2006 Honda civic. Duncan and his crew were easy to work with and the car looks brand new. The price was very competitive (under the estimates of other places). The car was ready one day later than they indicated, but no other issues or concerns.
Description of Work: Rear Bumper scrapes and dents repaired. Front Bumper replaced. Approximately 10 other areas of dents and scrapes were repaired. Entire car was repainted and appears to be as good or better than the original paint job from the factory.

+ 0 moreDuncan was great! He took really good care of me as a new customer. There was a slight delay in getting a part but Duncan was always courteous, professional and overly-apologetic for the wait. I'd definitely go to DNT again for other automotive services. The building is a little tricky to find because he's currently in the process of getting his logo on his door, but just give Duncan a call and he'll get you there. Great guy, great job, great experience! I'd definitely recommend him.
Description of Work: Duncan and his guys performed an 18-point inspection on my car and installed new rear disc brakes and rotors. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal that included these services for $99 — except if the rotors needed to be replaced, then the deal wouldn't cover the additional cost which I knew going in because of the disclaimer. Even though my rotors ended up having to be replaced, Duncan only charged me an additional $60 for the new rotors (which included the cost of parts AND labor) which brought my total to $159.00 for the total service. They did a great job and my wife & I are very happy with our new brakes!

+ 6 moreI had an awesome experience! No other shop in my area was able to get BOTH cars done in the time frame I needed! Nor at a better rate.
Description of Work: I was in a head on accident. I needed to get mine and the other person’s car fixed! I needed to get a sub frame fixed as well as a fender, bumper, radiator and some other things. Their total cost at another shop was around $5000 NOT including my car! I needed the hood, fender, bumper, grill etc. I needed both of our cars back by that Monday and that wasn’t possible anywhere else since I was a returning customer and in a pinch DNT cut me a nice break and fixed both cars.

+ 1 moreAWESOME! My normal mechanic was too expensive since I had JUST purchased my car. DNT was very helpful and was looking out for my needs and kept my expenses in mind! They got the job done in a timely manor!
Description of Work: I had purchased a used car and a few days later I noticed it was running weird, and with having a child I wasn't taking a chance! I called my normal mechanic he said for my rear end and transfer case would cost me $4800 which with JUST buying the car I didn't have that kind of money. I found DNT and he looked over my car quoted me $2300. He went a little over $2400 at the end but since thats NOT what he quoted me he covered everything over the $2300.
