They are good and he did a very good job for us. A friend recommended him. I would recommend them for construction and remodeling. I called them again and asked them about additions and it seemed like he does them all.

This project went extremely well. Dan emailed me a detailed schedule, prior to the start of the project with a day by day projected schedule of events. Of course, with subs, some of the work was slightly delayed, but overall, on budget and on time. I cannot emphasize enough how great his communication was via phone, email and text. He told me when someone would be there and also if someone scheduled was not going to show, and why. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with Dan and the finished project. Our basement was completed in a timely period. Dan kept us informed of each day's happenings and never was too busy to answer our questions or take our phone calls. He was considerate about the noise factor and took measures of keeping the area picked up and clean. He was easy to work with and went the extra mile in helpfulness.

DL Custom Construction did a superb job for us. He is super honest and does quality work. He is professional and he is everything you want from somebody who is coming into your home to do some work. We are planning on using him in the future again.
