Diva Salon and Day Spa

This is so far the worst nail spa place I’ve visited.  I bought the nail and toe spa package via Groupon.  First of all, this place doesn’t have as much nail color options as other places I’ve been visited.  Then secondly, Karen is the one who provided service.  She is no good at all.  The polish top is not smooth and had lots of bubbles inside; the nail filing is not leveled; she put my purse on the floor of pedicure area while I see other places she can use.  Then for the “nail spa” part, she only put lotion on the top of my hands, then told me to rub it into my hands and some part of my arms, BY MYSELF!!  While I was doing it, she walked away and states she was preparing for the next step.  This is the first time ever I’ve heard such thing – to let customer do their own “spa”!  Then the last and funniest thing is this – after she drop some liquid “quick drying” things on my toes, I asked her how much longer should I wait for the toe nails to dry so I could leave.  Her answer was: “I don’t know, you can just try it and tell”.  Really?  Try it and tell… by touching it and if the nail color ruins, then it’s not done yet.  Right?!
