Dish Network Authorized Retailer

It was terrible. The person who was sent out to install the dish was nice, but not very knowledgable. He had to call out another technician to do the actual installation because he didn't know how! Later when I looked on the roof I was horrified! Wires were hanging off the roof and carelessly thrown in my flower beds. Later that night we lost the signal requiring another visit the next day. Turns out my installer was on probation for doing such a terrible job! The reason the signal was lost was because the dish was so loose it was almost hanging off the roof! 
 Also, the whole reason I signed up for Dish was because I wanted an NFL package. I wanted to be able to see the games of my choice. I was told by the person who signed me up and by the 2 installers that I would be ably to see almost any game. This afternoon I wanted to watch the Steelers game, but was told it was unavailable! I called into Dish customer service and was told that on NFL Redzone I could see the touchdowns! Then I was told that at one time I could have gotten ALL the NFL channels thru a deal that they had with Amazon, but that isn't available anymore.  Isn't available anymore?! That's the whole reason I went with Dish!!  So now I have to pay $700.00 to get rid of Dish and go with Direct TV to get to see my Steelers!
