The rear passenger side window on my wife's car exploded (somehow) while driving on th highway. The next morning I called the big name auto glass provider and was surprised by their price, so I tried Discount Auto Glass. Their price was $100 less and came to my house the next day at no additional charge. I wasn't there when the service was provided but my wife said he cleaned the broken glass and installed the new window in a timely manner. Seems great so far, and the price was very reasonable. It hasn't been tested in rain, but they have a lifetime warranty on their service.

The provider provided a simple quote in a professional manner.  The price appears to be fair.  It is $100 less than that quoted by another local provider.
The quote was accepted and an appointment was made for a few days hence.  The provider required only enough personal information to schedule and receive payment for the work.
The technician arrived on time, performed the work in a professional manner, and removed all debris resulting from the work from inside and outside the car.
The aftermarket replacement windshield appears to be of equal quality to the original windshield.  The work was done over a year ago.  There have been no leaks or other problems.

The service tech. performed the service while I was at work. Randy, called me to find directions to my car, he waited on me because I was in a meeting, and it was hot that day. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. I told Randy I would give him a shout-out; hey Randy great job!

Excellent even with the rain

Arrived on time, removed old cracked windshield. Replaced with new one. They came to my home and replaced it pretty quickly. I would definitively use them again.

Company was easy to work with. Dropped vehicle and their location for the day and picked up in the afternoon. They offer on site service but I live nearby and leaving it there was easier. Price was less than competitors. Quality of work seems fine, it's been several weeks since installation and I have no leaks, squeaking or any other issues.
My only concern was another company had cancelled a previous appt on me as they wouldn't install on a rainy day unless I had a garage they could work in or I could park the vehicle inside immediately after installation to allow the window seals to dry properly. This company made no mention of that and it rained all day during the install. I don't know if they did the install in their garage or in the rain. Or if the other company simply didn't like to work in the rain.
Would hire again.

I called the shop and explained my situation. I had already spoken with my auto dealer and they quoted me $1500 to replace my cracked windshield (the dealer gave me a boogeyman story about BMWs and how they are very difficult). Discount Auto Glass had it done in their shop the next day for $380 including tax. The glass looks identical to what I had, except it doesn't have the tiny BMW logo in the corner. They did a great job and even facilitated an after-hours pickup because of my schedule.

I called and asked for a quote, I had contacted several businesses. The price quoted was 1/3 less than anyone else. I chose them based on the quote and the reviews here on Angie's list. When I called to schedule they could come as soon as I wanted. Due to my schedule I had to move it out several days. That morning they called and said they were on their way. They showed up and started right to work. They did an excellent job, were very professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up. I had to leave but my wife was home and wanted to ask about payment before I left. They said they take all forms, cash, checks, credit cards.
The work took about an hour which is what they had told me. They explained to my wife the restrictions on the new installation.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing glass work.

Great! Second time I've used them. Cheap, great service, responsive admin team. They even vacuumed up the glass from our seat!!

Not only did they replace the windshield in a timely manner at a great price, the technician also looked at the electric windows that had stopped functioning. He fixed one on the spot at no cost but told us what parts to by at the auto shop to fix the other for a very economical service fee. This is customer service at its greatest. I have recommended them several times to my friends since this.
