Dick's Carpet Care

I have used Dick's Carpet Care for several years and will continue doing so.  The owner, John, generally works alone and  prices his services fairly.  I have learned that the work he does at my house usually takes approximately 2 hours and I can plan the rest of my day accordingly.  He arrives on time. John is professional, trustworthy,  and extremely ethical.  I get my carpets cleaned once a year: the secretary generally calls me to remind me when "it's time" and we schedule an appointment.    I vacuum the day before and remove small pieces of furniture.  John cleans around furniture that simply can't be moved, but will move the couch  and recliners.  He places carpet protectors under the legs until the carpet dries.

I am very pleased with them. I recommended them to someone at work some years ago and she was equally pleased. He is very friendly. He is a very honest person and conscientious. I can't imagine him doing anything wrong by a customer. I would just say that this individual is a hard working, honest person.

I've stuck with them because I like the individuals that show up. They seem honest, trustworthy and very friendly. I've basically dealt with the same 2 people. The owner John got out of the cleaning part and got someone else on board. He is now the chief person so he may or may not show up with an assistant. When they say they're going to come, they come. They're supposed to come in a couple of weeks and the lady that called me said he'll be here between 9 and 11. I asked if we could move it up to 9 because I had to be at work at noon and she said alright, he'll be there at 9. Sometimes they're a little too friendly. I don't mind it, but others might.

I used him for 15 years. He is always punctual and will call me when he is on his way. He does a great job and I have never been displeased with his work. I have recommended him to my neighbors.

John did the best job I've ever had done on the sofa and chair. He did not move any furniture and was unable to clean under the bed.
