DENT DOCTOR

It was fixed properly and on time. Other driver left me a note and then paid for all of the repairs. Nice guy! My only complaint with the Dent Doctor is that it’s hard to get to their location on Kenny Road from Henderson. I had to go past them, make a left turn and then a u-turn to approach their driveway from the south.

They did a wonderful job and the price was great!

I got a small scratch on a new car and they had it fixed in twenty minutes, while I waited. I am very pleased with their customer service, professionalism, and technique. I will recommend this store to anyone who needs body work done. When they say they want their customers satisfied, they mean it!

I did not have an appointment but they were able to give me an estimate and repair all 8 door dings on our car. There is not any trace that there was a dent. It only took them about an hour. From the moment I arrived until I left they were very polite and professional. I highly reccomend.

When i took a first look, it got a WOW! It's amazing! The door looks perfect and the work was done in about 45 minutes!

I had work done initially that I was less than thrilled with, but they went over and beyond to explain why the work was done the way it was--not perfect, but good, and it made sense to me. Most of the repairs were perfect. While there the second time, they did some additional work without my even asking for it and not only didn't charge me, but refunded some of my original amount. It is heart-warming to see someone who cares this much for his customers and his business's reputation. I can't say enough good about this experience and will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. I am very impressed with their customer service and very happy with their work and their work ethic.

My scraped and scratched car looks brand new after taking it to Dent Doctor today! It was repaired in no time while I waited, and the cost was much less than I had anticipated. Mark and Jessica were absolutely wonderful, which made up for the very bad day I was having!! There is simply no reason to go anywhere else for dents and paint repair! Thanks, guys. Great! Lowest estimate by far... Repaired without replacement and paint.

I took my car in right after I bumped into my grill with my tailgate.  Amar took a look and gave me a quote,  He said they could fix it the next morning.  I arrived a little before 9am, and they took my car in for the repair immediately.  It took about an hour and a half and now it looks as good as new!  Fortunately, the paint wasn't cracked so they only had to pop out the metal.

I stopped in for an estimate. The one dent was large enough that he said they might not be able to make it showroom perfect. I said that was okay as the van is old. They did the work while I waited and took less time than estimated. The work was great- you can't see either dent now.

My car sustained damage to my rear bumper at a stop sign. The Dent Doctor gave an estimate and the work was completed within the estimated amount and time. The damage was small but required the removal of the bumper cover. The completed work was excellent and removed all signs of the damage. I was very happy with the work of this company. The paint work was excellent. My auto paint was black with "flecks" in the paint and the Dent Doctor matched it exactly.

I went to Dent Doctor this time and the estimate I received was high for the work I needed done. A small quarter-sized dent on my fuel door and a minor scuff on a bottom plastic panel. I went to a competitor on Sawmill Rd (Dent Magic-Angie's List Member) and they gave me an estimate half of what Dent Doctor gave me. They didn't even charge me for the scuff repair service due to the fact that the scratches were deep and it could not be repaired to perfection. It still looks much better and they didn't charge me. My final payment was over 50% less. Dent Doctor did good work on my car 5 years ago and I'm sure they still do but I would get several estimates before shelling out your money.

If you want customer service done the right way and a business that wants to keep your business and will treat you the way you feel you should be treated- see Dent Doctor on 4524 Kenny Rd (Ammar Katabi-) Ammar saw my review above for Dent Magic  who is a competitor (gave me a lower price) and gave me a call and a opportunity to bring my car into his shop to review the work his competitor had performed. How many companies would do this. 

Dent Doctor had done a good job for me before, so I gave him an opportunity to look at the work. The reason the quote from Dent Doctor was more expensive than Dent Magic was because of the location of the damage on the gas lid cover. The work that Dent Magic looked OK in my eyes, but a closer look the clear coat was stretched to a point where marks were present on the lid and scuff marks still on the right front cover.

Ammar agreed to fix the sub-par work done by his competitor. The work and look were amazing (Like NEW!!). Not many companies would go this far to make sure their customers were satisfied., He has been around for many years and will do you right. The crew he has are top performers in the industry.

My work in the future will go to Dent Doctor 4524 Kenny Rd - See Ammar Katabi-- AMAZING!!!!

Amazing. Honestly, I could not be more happy with the outcome of their work. Our older BMW was vandalized after we had to leave it overnight in a business parking lot. A teenager jumped on the hood and put 2 large dinner plate-sized dents in the hood (captured on the store's video camera). We decided to get it fixed. I started with Angies and read favorable reviews of Dent Doctor on Kenny Road. Without an appointment  I was greeted promptly by the owner who took a look. He was confident they could do the repair but indicated due to their size and location getting it back to "85-90%" should be expected. The dents ran across the the sharp creases of the hood and, this is a black car which can really show any imperfection in the paint or body-my words, not his). He indicated he would need the car for 4-5hrs.  He wrote up the estimate of $430 which I considered overnight. I dropped the car off that evening (using the key drop of a business next to his).
At 1230pm the next day I received the call that it was ready. I picked it up after work. I could not believe how good it looked! I had to look REALLY  hard to detect where the dents were. It looked fabulous-much much better than I expected. The charge was right on estimate $430. My wife was thrilled as well as it's her daily driver. I would most certainly recommend this business. Polite, professional, timely and work that far exceeded my expectations.
