I could not be happier. The one technician had 27 years of experience. Both employees were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They could have encouraged me to buy a new door but did not do that, instead telling me I had several years of life left on my existing door. They came at the scheduled time, on short notice. They carefully explained to me what maintenance I needed to perform on the door. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others.

The service providers were there within the time frame they indicated. They removed the old opener and replaced it. They did a 15 point check on the door and they adjusted it and lubricated it. They also replaced the weather stripping for an additional fee. They were very efficient and polite. The entire job was completed within an hour. We thought the charge for the weather stripping was a little high. ($55), but we had it done and they did a good job. We are pleased with the work they did on our new home's garage door and opener.

They arrived earlier than quoted. Repaired the door nicely and for a really good price. Thank you!

Deluxe Door Systems Inc. – Clopay Garage Door, Lift Master Garage Door Opener September 15, 2017 I chose to use Deluxe Door Systems Inc. because they had the most reviews on Angie’s List and were highly rated. I set up an appointment for a salesperson to come to my house and help me choose the door and opener that I would needed. Jeff Mays, the owner, called 30 minutes ahead of time like planned and showed up inside the four hour window he gave me. I had some ideas of what I wanted and Jeff helped me choose the style and color that went best with my house. He had catalogs of all the Clopay garage door models for me to keep. He explained how the weather strip and trim around the perimeter of the garage door would be replaced on the outside of my house with the garage door installation. He politely answered all of my questions and concerns. A few days later I received an e-mail of the price and a list of the items that would be installed. The door model I wanted was not a stock door so it took a couple of weeks for the door to come in. I also had to pay half of the cost of the job before the project was started since the door was custom made. When the door arrived to Deluxe Door Systems Inc. I was given a phone call and the install was scheduled for two days later. The installer, John, called me as soon as the job was completed. I was not at home during the door installation. The new door works great and gives the front of my house a nice upgraded look.

He told me that my system was repairable, and gave me the option of a new one, with probably greater life, or a reliable repair. Not everyone like me has a repairable failure, and a new one might be needed, but I can't remember the last time someone gave me a money saving option. They were professional, fast, and it now works better than it did new. Seriously....USE THEM.

They did an outstanding job during the initial consultation regarding repair vs replace, and then throughout the entire garage door selection and replacement process. Very efficient. Very professional. We're very happy with our new garage door.

It worked out fine. I didn't have to buy a new door. They were able to fix the one that I had. I think they were here like the next day after I purchased the Big Deal. It was really quick. They were friendly and I thought they were honest. The garage door is still working good.

You could not ask for better service. They came a few hours after we called them and were very courteous and knowledgable. I do not remember the name of the man who did our service, but he was A++. I would highly recommend them. He replaced both springs, as per our request and had the seal to replace our torn one. Previously (with a different company), we had to order the seal. This man knew how to install the seal so that it would not slip and tear as the two previous seal had done.

Work was done quickly, professionally, and excellently. Would definitely hire again.

They are great to work with - timely, professional, reliable...I just gave them my garage door code and they took care of it without me having to take time off work to meet them. I was in a hurry to get the service done, as it was a remedy for a home sale...and they got it done in a couple of days after I placed the call. I highly recommend them.
