These guys are awesome! We had them replace a garage door opener at our previous house about 7 years ago and did not hesitate to call them and have them replace the opener at our new house. These guys (especially Mark) are courteous and professional and basically had the job done in less than 35 minutes. They removed the previous opener and rail and hauled it away no charge and gave me a mini-training with the major features of the opener. They had no issues with me observing them and asking questions and I would highly recommend this business for your entire garage door needs needs. As a repeat customer, I'm highly satisfied!

Salesman was knowledgeable and Deluxe Door's showroom allowed us to see different models, panels, insulation and hardware for steel garage doors. Pricing was competitive. Installation was done professionally and in a timely manner.

All went well. Have used Deluxe Door Systems previously. Technician came out next day, provided up front price, and replaced needed parts in a friendly and professional manner. He also did a nice job of lubricating all important parts on door. Door is now operating normally again. Very pleased. Recommended and will use again as needed. Thank you.

Called at 10AM, got a noon to 4PM slot. Tech called at 1.35 to let me know he would be there at 2. Tech arrived at 2, diagnosed the issue, took care of it in addition to lubricating the 2 working doors. Was done by 3. Great same day service, punctual, friendly knowledgable efficient tech. Highly recommend this company. Superb service!

Very well. In addition to taking care of the job requested they found and corrected another issue with the garage door that we had not noticed and which, if left unnoticed and not repaired, might have resulted in the need to get a new door and/or other damages.

Very well. Called company at 8:00 am. A very friendly person answered the phone, gathered the needed information, and said a repair person would arrive between 12:00 and 4:00 and would call when in route. John called at 2:10 and said he would arrive at 3:20 and arrived on time. John was very friendly, told me the price before starting, had the parts necessary, and completed repair in less than an hour. He did not try to sell anything more than I needed. Would recommend Deluxe Door to others.

I phoned at 10 in the morning, and they were here within the hour. Both men were polite, professional, informative. They were finished in about half an hour. I would definitely use them again.

They were very nice and gave me some recommended maintenance tips to keep the garage door working smoothly and extend the life of the springs.

I called Deluxe to repair the lower half of a garage door that a visitor ran into. The panels could not be repaired so they were replaced. After installation we realized that Clopay made a slight change to the design and the panels did not match the upper 2 panels. I reached out to Nick and he worked with me to get the other 2 panels replaced along with the 2nd garage door to match the new design at a discounted price. The installation was quick and professional the installer even checked over one of my opener motors and made some adjustments to make it last longer. I was very impressed with Deluxe and would recommend them.

Billy and Mark were great; very nice and pleasant to talk to. They do obviously love what they do. At my request, they called with an approximate time of when they'd arrive, and then called again when they were on their way. They determined that my opener (and door) just needed to be fine-tuned/adjusted to make it work again. They were able to sell me two new remotes for the current opener (vs having to replace the opener). And they reset the current opener's code(s) so that if someone were to find my old remote, they couldn't use it. And the person who answers the phones at their office is extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience! I'd highly recommend them.

Called on a Sat am and they were able to send out a technician that day. He called when he was on his way. He fixed the bracket and realized that one of the springs had broken which was the real problem so had him replace the springs as well. The technician was friendly, professional and pointed everything out.

Excellent company. We visited their showroom and Nick was very helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner and the new doors look great. We highly recommend this company and its products.

It went very well... he came out and worked quickly to solve our problem. There was an extra charge for emergency service but my husband had to be at work very early the next day so it was worth it to us.

Very punctual, capable, experienced crew

It was great. The guys were very friendly and seemed to love what they were doing. They were very polite. They mentioned that I could have the garage door manufacturer provide the required work and save a little money. They then explained what they would do differently, resulting in my decision to continue with the repairs. They wanted to do the job right and not provide a short term solution. They gave me some tips on keeping our garage door running efficiently and safely for a long time.

Super! I called at 6 pm- they were there the next day at 2. They could have showed up earlier, but my schedule didn’t allow for it. The were on time, professional, and cleaned up after them selves.
