They did an OK job. They are expense, they are not fast and do not pay attention to details. They also have poor customer service.

Deible's Hardwood have been incredible to work with during our hardwood installation process. They are extremely communicative, they have the same people answering the phones when you call so they always know you when you call and never need to ask about your situation. Their customer service is incredible and they go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with their work. I've worked with many people there and have had wonderful interactions with everyone from Leslie the scheduler, to Mike the owner, Tyler one of the installers, and everyone else that has been around. We love our hardwood and we will be using Deible's for all future sandings and touch ups.

Felitz and his team are craftsmen at hardwood floor refinish/repair. They went the extra mile to ensure that my floors are glassy smooth and are the color and finish that I want. I’m extremely happy with the result. I’ve owned three older homes and have had several floors refinished. This is the first time I’ve used Deibles and they are hands-down the best.

Could not have gone better. Installers were always on time, worked hard, and did a great job. They removed the carpet in one day, and then finished the installation in another two or three days. We could not be more pleased.

The new flooring needed to match some existing hardwood which was installed ~15 years ago. The materials matched beautifully, and the workmanship of fitting and joining the older and new areas was very impressive. The crew members, Ben and Ryan were very professional in both their work and personal conduct. I had hired Deibles twice before for projects at a previous home, and just signed an agreement for another project at the current house. I keep hiring them because they always do great work. I don't know what higher compliment I can give them but to keep hiring them. Over many years they have always delivered.

Very responsive. They have a very good reputation here. We have very old floors and one person said they "yes we can do it and here is what you can expect." When they guys came out, they said " we can't do these. They won't turn out the way we want them to turn out." They did it anyways and it still turned out. The put a lot more effort into it.

The work was well done, very professional. The workers were extremely knowledgeable about the work they performed. They were very pleasant and answered any questions we asked about the installation. We would hire them again if we needed more flooring put in.

They actually laced the new wood with the old wood which came out perfect. The only thing we were kind of bummed about was that we had left the house over Spring Break so that they could finish the project before we returned. They had to start late so when we returned they were actually not yet finished. Other than that they did a great job and everyone was super friendly. There were some things that were damaged along the way but they did actually come back and fix them for us.

A bit slow, but everything went very well. A suggestion for improvement is that they make more clear the instructions for staying off the floors--i.e. details such as when, how long, and are socks on feet OK.

Wonderful job. Would hire again. Made floors look like new and we have a 1929 built home with original hardwood. Also repaired a threshold.

Great. I was so glad that it was dustless. They were very clean.

I had used their services in the past at our old house. They ended up doing the work three times. I admired that they had high standards but they sent inexperienced sub contractors who could not get the staining and coloring right. They seemed rushed in the finishing coat so it is a little sloppy. The work took longer than expected and I wasn't happy with the final coat but I appreciated them trying.

The final result was incredible! The floors look great and it's nearly impossible to tell where the old flooring stops and the new flooring begins. They were fast, reliable and always maintained great communication. They may have been a little more expensive but when you're working with a family run company that cares about your home, it is well worth the money. Highly recommended!

Everyone told me Dieble's was the best....and they were right. First of all Deible's installers are all full time employees. Nothing was contracted out. We purchased a 1920's house with the floors in terrible shape. The kitchen had outdated tile. Dieble's was able to match up the new wood in kitchen with the original flooring. The crew removed all interior doors and replaced when finished. Very little dust and the repairs (broken wood strips, holes, etc,) were done perfectly. New quarter round was painted and replaced after floors were finished.

Early on there were problems with the hardwood flooring product quality. Those issues were quickly aknowledged and the solution exceeded expecations. I can attest that the flooring and the work to install it is of the highest quality. The workforce consisted of seasoned professional craftsmen and women who fluently addressed every detail. Communication was easy and frequent. The finished floor is more attractive and solid than I could have imagined. The matching baseboards and the work that went into them is a detail that is a remarkable finish on a job well done.

Excellent! I can't remember exactly when I had the floors installed-It was a few years ago. They've held up beautifully!!!
